I spent four nights st Dingli International Hotel and I found it to be pretty decent and not crowded at all.
Like most hotels in China, DIH does allow smoking inside and in some rooms, which was the only thing I didn’t like.
Overall service was good and staff were attentive but with very limited English.
Breakfast buffets were included and pretty same choices each day.
I would come back again to stay here due to convenient location and good overall deal on pricing. 

Good hotel at a reasonable price

Stayed a night on business trip. Hotel is conveniently located at the hub of Huai'an industrial estate and next to Hankook tyre factory. Staffs are professional and service oriented and rooms are cozy and comfortable. Breakfast spread is aplenty and best is the rates are reasonable. Highly recommended for business traveller.

Value for monehy local hotel

The 5  weeks I spend in the Hotel I was really happy with the service, special  the buffet section in the early morning was great good coffee, and the personal   really friendly. I recommend this hotel to my friends and family

Great Hotel

Stayed at this hotel for one night on business. No problems. Hotel is located in an industrial area and surrounded by large factories, particularly the Hankook tyre factory across the road. But it is quite and as it's on the outskirts of the city, it's reasonably well located for business visits to either the industrial estate or the countryside (escaping downtown traffic). The room was clean and as I had paid for a one-step upgrade, consisted of a bedroom area and a small lounge area. There is a park area near for an evening walk and to the rear of the hotel (from the hotel gate turn left along the alley then left again for about 100m) there is a RT Mart supermarket (and associated fast food outlets) which is very well stocked. Happy to recommend this hotel. Reasonable price, clean and tidy, staff courteous and location acceptable.

Comfortable without frills

The Hotel is located close to a big tire company. On the sunny side, the rooms will get very warm inside. The lobby is big and clean. The restaurant is nice and the food is good also for foreign people. The breakfast is ok.
 The staff at the reception desk can speak english and is helpfull. The rooms are big enough and clean. The bath room has a shower and a bath tub. The aircondition is switched off during the winter time. There is a big TV and computer in the room. Also a water cettle and a small fridge. Around the hotel are some small shops for drinks and food and a coffee shop.
