It’s was best stay in the hotel apartment.

Great location with best hotel staff understanding.

If travail from dubai , india , gulfs country or other Asia country then  best hotel
For stay with self cook kitchen.

You can find supermarkets and store for self cook food

Great location, AEON, Starbucks, Pacific Coffee, Shopping malls and a street night market all a few steps away.
Spacious rooms with a kitchenette and a washing machine (great for a long stay).
Many Thai, Japanese, Sushi, Steak restaurants nearby. Also some hookah bars.
A big swimming pool attached to the building (RMB20 fees).
Money exchange in the reception.

Great for a budget traveller

i have ever been in a place like that in my life..just i can say disgusting .it doesnt deserve one star.poor room with dirty pathroom and  the staff there dont know how to deal with you .i dont recomend  even to think about this dirty place..sure will never come back.

I booked this apartment online, and as the timing of our visit was when the international trade fair was on, we had limited options. We chose this as it advertised a pool and gym. However, I relied upon the professional photos to judge by. I had not seen this apartment on Trip Advisor before, as it was called 'She&He Central International Apartments'. Thus, I'd missed out seeing the poor reviews. 
We booked a 'double deluxe' room, which was to have two double beds (we had our teenage son with us), but when we arrived, we were told no double rooms were available, and would just the one bed do!!!  Ummm - NO, it will not do!! They then scrounged around and found a foldaway bed and sheets. 
in the room, I found only enough towels for two of us, and when I went back to the managers' room (not a front desk, but another apartment on the 14th floor set up with a desk and office equipment), I was told they didn't have any more towels until the laundry had been returned. They gave me an extra hand towel! Two extra towels were brought to the room an hour or so later.
The room stank like something had died in there. The cutlery, plates, cups etc hadn't been cleaned, the microwave had crusts from an old pizza in it, and the bathroom/toilet was filthy. The coffee table (the only thing which could be used to eat off in the room) was sticky, as was much of the tiled floor. From the nearby grocery store, I stocked up on antibacterial wipes, room deodorisers, and our own cutlery etc, and set about cleaning the room so I could feel comfortable. 
The air con unit was noisy, and distributed what smelt like mouldy recycled air. 
The pool was empty, with several huge cracks through the bottom of it - I doubt it had been in use for quite some time. Couldn't manage to find out where the gym was.
This was by far the worst accommodation we've ever stayed in.

Poorly managed, filthy rooms, not as advertised

the property is not a hotel; the name is correct it is an apartment it is operated as a condotel but because there are other offices in the building  people just come and go and you have that feeling that security is lax and an eerie feeling that one is not safe;  the location is quite good near to interesting places; it is understandable that the place is not maintained; the check in desk has a look of a kitchen, if you expect something nice or with a charming receptionist girl you would be frustrated; the one attending you is a caretaker and a househelp
