I was joined by my siblings on a root-finding trips back to China recently. We stayed in hotels in Hong Kong, ShunDe, Zhongshan, QingYuan, and Jinglvlun tourist town. Our brief for the travel agent was to choose 4 star hotels and non smoking room near the center of actions. I cannot comment on the location as we were entertained by relatives in this town and did not do much exploration on our own. The town is constructing a subway system so the traffic and roads are chaotic. As hotels go, this is a well appointed and properly maintained hotel. The room I stayed in was large, comfortable, tastefully decorated, has bath, safe, and iron. The bed is soft and the towels are fresh. Breakfast is predominantly Oriental, as breakfast in most hotels in China are. It is an above average 4 star facility
