Aside from the location overlooking the mighty Yangtze river(the only reason I didn't rate it 1 star) it is by far the worst hotel ever. My experience is that of shock and disbelief when you first find this place next to a giant fruit market. At first glance the word tacky comes to mind and how wrong I was actually I was right then needed to find a more inappropriate word to describe this place I may have used the f word a few times. 

There is a toilet that is separate to the shower. Im going out of my way to say there is no other hotel that would separate the bathroom. The toilet has no place for toilet roll holder off the wall so they leave the toilet paper outside next to the tea bags and all other toiletries are there also. There is a computer desk with a full PC there still running windows XP in 2016. To make matters worst there no elevator and you walk up 4 flights of stairs with all your luggage. 

The only 3 pros are location location, very cool AC and clean room. About several dozen cons so too many to list. This will be the only time I stay at this place and I advice no one to stay here unless you are looking for location and sacrifice everything else borderline your dignity too.

Worst hotel ever

Bad nighborhod, very bad smell in bathroom + hallway, hard bed and no elevator. We took this hotel because of the price, good reviews and the river view. I think there most be 2 ways to look at this hotel - from perspektiv of the chinese customers and the non-chinese customer, otherwise I can not make any sense of all the good reviews. I think the building will be taken down in near future, its not in a good conditions. In the reception they have 4 pictures of happy smiling non-chinese customers, taken together with the hotel staff. I can not explain this can be and dont know when or under what circumstance it was taken.
PS: behind the fish auction view below the window, runs the river.
