We stayed at Brigh Radiance in Yantai for over a week (me, wife and two kids 10 and 14 years old). Our room was Spongebob themed and my little one LOVED it! The view of the ocean was great and the room was comfortable and big even for a family of four. As far as dining goes, we loved the breakfast buffet and the area has some really nice restaurants in walking distance and it's very convenient if you want to walk at the beach or take the bus to pretty much anywhere in Yantai. The best part of our experience there though was by far, the service. EVERY member of staff we interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. If you ever visit Yantai (you should, it is a great city!) Brigh Radiance is the place to stay!!

EXCELLENT family hotel experience!

This is a nice hotel right across the street from the beach. Friendly hotel staffs. Company booked a huge loft room with two full size beds and two separate bathroom on first and second floor. The living room windows have a partial side view of the Bohai Sea. The only minor issue is that the room doesn’t have a working desk, just a round table. The breakfast was also nice. It can be a nice vacation hotel for families.

We went to Yantai for a few days at the beginning of the coronavirus outbreak and were refused entrance to our booked accommodation becuase we were foreigners so we had to find a hotel or go home. Brigh Radiance accepted our booking and were very professional. The staff were friendly and efficient and the room was spacious and beautiful. The beds are soft and the bathroom has a bath with enough hot water for a good soak. 
We complied with having our temperatures checked and although the hotel was on skeleton staff there was always a ready smile from any staff member when we needed anything, especially one evening when we wanted room service, which had been suspended for the time being. They went and got us take out food and brought it to our room. 
I cannot fault the hotel or its staff in any manner and we will definitely be staying there again.

It is good ambience hotel with very nice view. But a bit difficult to find someone who can speak English. Room very nice and clean. Breakfast have lots of choices of food. You can also take a walk for jogging around the hotel

Very Nice Hotel

It’s very nice interior and even though a local brand , might look like international , staff is helpful , the location is great and the view is amazing !
But(!) what the ... even when you drop the blinds you can see through it !

I'm currently staying in the Brigh Radiance hotel in Yantai, China.  The service received has been nothing short of fantastic.

The hotel it's self is clean, well maintained and rooms are spacious and modern.

The reason for writing this is more because I'm a Coeliac with issues with eating gluten

The Guest Services Manager Annie and her team of Lexie and Sue have assisted with speaking to the kitchen and allowing extremely decent food that has been safe for a Coeliac.

That on top of welcoming you back to the hotel at the end of a shift and seeing you off in the morning.

Annie, Lexie and Sue should be proud of the services they have offered.

Excellent Service

Wow.. this hotel is excellent.. big rooms, great view, by the seaside and park.  Hotel staff is really helpful.. the breakfast bar is enormous.. with western and Asian food.. I would really recommend thus place.

Topp of the class

Visited during winter and i loved my stay. Breakfast was amazing, staff were very good and friendly and the gym and swimming pool were very good. 

Workers were so amazing in the speed of work and how they cleared the snow of the car park. It was great to see.

The location is very central too.

Excellent place 

Hotel is located in few meters from beach. Great place for morning jogging. Nice to walk by the sea, a lot of attractions nearby. Same time close to downtown. Room clean and nice, a lot of details make you feel welcomed. Breakfast is good enough. Always pleasure to stay there.
