Went to Beijing with friends. Stayed at this hotel which was average. Room AC was centralized control and its hot at night (27 degrees celcius). We were told to check everything in the room to make sure everything is not damage because we will be responsible to pay for damages if not reported earlies.

The walls are not soundproof and my fellow school mates could hear sounds of....you know what while trying to sleep. Later on we found out that the hotel os used as a place for 'dealings'. Some door locks were also malfunctioning and to the extent that doors could easily be opened from the outside just by a twist of the knob. 

Some bed sheets had bugs on them and we had to request for a change. Wifi wasn't available (despite the front counter stating availability of it) until we complained and the staff rudely came into our rooms to set up the wifi thing.

Generally not a good experience and could be unsafe.

School Overseas Trip to Beijing in Dec'15

I went to Beijing with my family members, all 26 of them. We check in at this pre-book Hotel only to find that the room is so hot and the air-condition is controlled. We were sweating as the temperature shown are 29 degrees celcius. We tried to talk with the Hotel staff only to find that in the whole Hotel, nobody knows how to speak a simple English. When we try to solve the matters, the staff was so rude as if they were only knows how to fight. They shouted at us and leave us all of a sudden without any solution. We suffers for 2 night with the hot temperature and unable to sleep properly. Only on the 3rd day we manage to get our tour agent to speak with them and threatened to change Hotel. Only then they provide us with a room with a split unit air-condition. The Hotel also threatened us to charge extra saying that we chip the glass eventhough the drinking glasses were chipped even before we used it and a lot of things which are so bad ,which I will advise ,if you have other Hotel to go,please do not choose this Hotel.

Language barrier & rude staff

I can start by the fact that my window didn't have a window and the air conditionner doesn't work. I can only let you imagine the smell.The room is disgusting, they never clean the floor or change the sheet and i have been there for a month. But this is not the worst, the worst is the reception or more specifically the people from the reception. First, it very strange that for an "international" hotel no one speak english and they just make no effort, i never saw that. This is the first time I wrote a review and I have bee n in many country but I have to do it for this hotel, if you want a good place to be don't go there. 
Oh and the subway is very far away, like very. And there is no "attraction" near the hotel.

Was in room 2351 and 2353 from 1st Dec till 6th Dec, got Wifi but no password given

Beware of the slightly colored (purplish- red) sheets they change on the 2nd nite - the color get darker and during the check out the request you to pay additional amount for cleaning services.

Lesson learnt - ask for immediate change of sheets or towel if found slightly colored - 

I refused to pay since I did not carry any red clothes -  the travel agent settled the argument  for me

ooo one more thing, they even provided TORN face towels!! There was no hot water on the 2nd day 2nd Dec and it was winter!!!

If you were put in a situation like me, i.e hotels arranged by tour agent, there is Wu Mart and Lotte Mart nearby the hotel, you could get your long johns during winter here. It is certainly much cheaper than buying from the places  the local travel agents would bring you.

There is a little muslim food restaurant ahead of Lotte Mart -  they speak no English at all.
