Cabañas Portal Pucon

Quite property with nice staff and beautiful views.

We loved this place, it was very clean and we enjoyed our stay, the cabins are a little tired but spotless. There is a great kitchen area to cook up food if you wish and great outside chairs/tables. The cabins are a couple of kilometres outside of Pucon but we had a car so this wasn't a problem. The cabins are near the main road but it wasn't noisy. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Pucon.

This was perfect for our 5 night stay-3 minutes by car from Pucon. We were lucky to get a 3-4 person cabana for a reduced rate (it wasn't a busy time) as the 2 person cabanas do not offer a fireplace. They are well designed and overlook a garden and lake, you would not know there was a road in between! The kitchens are well equipped and the lounge areas next to the fireplace on the lower level is perfect to relax in. On our last day we asked to use the wifi - which was free and very good in our cabana. The weather was good to us and we were able to use the bbq and sit at the table outside. On return to our cabana each day we got welcomed by a prestine place that had been serviced - they even put away our washing up. Cannot fault this place!

We stayed in Cabin No 10 for 5 nights.
There are simply loads of cabanas to rent around Pucon, and these look to be among the best.
Our cabin was probably the smallest one with double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a sitting room and a kitchen. There was no fireplace, but the central heating would probably be effective. The whole thing was beautifully maintained and clean.
Outside there was a private sun deck with a barbecue and fabulous views.
The grounds are excellent and divided by the main Villarica - Pucon road. We were above the road and were close to the swimming pool and had great views over the lake to the mountains in the distance. Below the road there are more cabins overlooking the lake and these have direct access to the private length of beach (volcanic black sand)..
We were concerned that we might get some noise from the road, but although you could just hear it, it wasn't a problem.
The location is very convenient being about 10 minutes by car from the centre of Pucon, and the road which leads up to Vocan Villarica.

This was exactly what we were looking for! A great cabana, close to the lake, a fire place..super romantic. We were lucky to pay a very nice price..in the high season this is different.
But still than, i can imagine it is worth it..if you like skiing!

It was the second time my family stayed at the Cabanas Portal Pucon and it was, again, a wonderful experience. We rented a six-person hut, and it was very cozy and confortable. It almoust felt like home! Heating was only a little bit weak on the first night, but the fireplace fixed it all. Cleaning services were really good. Absolutely nothing to complain. Would go back there any day!

Clean and nice location. Impossible to get wifi from the cabanas.

Great value for money

The place is very nice but the heathing doesnt work and staff didnt do anything about it. Shame that a nice place has this kind of basic stuff not in place.
