Located right on the water, overlooking Chilean fishing boats, this hotel is comfortable and clean and perfectly located just a stroll to some of the best restaurants in the area. Breakfast is served in a dining room with full view over the ocean. The staff is courteous and unobtrusive and the 70s decor is comfortable. While Hotel Panoramico could be much better than it is with some improvements, it's perfect for a weekend of beach and leisure in beautiful Tongoy. I recommend taking a long walk around the peninsula to see some of the architectural oddities of Tongoy as well as some dramatic ocean views.
