Atelier Galerie Anne Drouin & Pension

The décor, grounds, owners, cleanliness, price all exceeded my expectations. Staying here is a blessing--literally living in an art gallery. Anne and her husband are truly easy-going and accommodating and have been running this lovely B&B for over a decade. The basement has 3 wonderful bedrooms, 2 lovely bathrooms, and a living area. Each room is equipped with its own tv and fridge, plus large desk and robes. There is no carpeting---yay! Unit has air-conditioning. I did not feel like I was in a basement because it was so colourful, pretty, and clean. All the gorgeous paintings of flowers make this a remarkable and blessed space to spend time in. And when you venture outdoors, the thrill continues and soars! I rented out the basement for 4 nights and it was a superbly comfortable stay for my partner and family, including children. The unit downstairs has its own living room--very inviting with its own tv--the sofas were very clean and even had footrests. It was easier and quicker to get into Montreal than I had anticipated. Also, there is a nice little town with a church down the street. I'd rather not say more and spoil all the wonder for you -- just know you'd be lucky and blessed to stay here! Many wonderful things await you.
