We love this home away from home. It is immaculately  appointed, clean, bright and well-stocked. We had such a fantastic stay in Lethbridge visiting family in large part because of our accommodations at Charles Street. 
The outdoor space is equally as lovely with gorgeous front porch and rocking chairs and a large backyard area with patio furniture for all to enjoy. 

We highly recommend your beautiful home to all friends and family. 

Thanks so much for another incredible stay! We look forward to staying with you again in the future when we return to Lethbridge to visit family.

Spectacular large heritage home with great location!!

What a perfect home on a picturesque street with mature trees.  Close to airport and shopping.  Fully equipped kitchen with great windows for light.  We cooked every day and enjoyed the eat at island as well as the dining room when we invited friends over.  They were really impressed by the ACCOMODATIONS as well. Great attention given to decorating each space in the house as well as on the front verandah with its colourful rocking chairs.  Nice spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Back yard is fully fenced with plenty of seating. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, of which 2 have king size beds….and are they ever comfortable! There is a laundry room off the third bedroom, even an iron and ironing board. The main bath is upstairs.  There is also a powder room on the main floor. We were a family of four that stayed a week and if we ever visit Lethbridge again, Charles Street Vacation Home will be our home.

Home away from home

It's a beautiful house on a beautiful street.  I really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and barbecue out back, I would definitely stay again next time I'm in town.

I looked for things to improve and couldn't fine anything I could improve on!!

Better than living at home!!

The home is beautifully appointed.  The hotelier has gone out of her way to make the place a home away from home.  The kitchen is well stocked.  Silver screen stars smile down at you while you wander between ornate and sparkling rooms.  They even hang two umbrellas by the front door in case it should rain.  A small garden offers chives, and flowers light by garden lights surround the front door and porch.  it is close to everything downtown.  A great choice and really inexpensive for what you get.

We love staying at Charles Street with gracious and caring hosts, Joan and Ernie. The home is immaculate, spacious, and well-stocked with all the essentials. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor spaces (amazing backyard set-up and front porch!) and comfortable bedrooms. Beautiful home, and fantastic stay in Lethbridge once again!

Fantastic home away from home!

The attention to detail was incredible. From the decorating to the thoughtful touches throughout the entire home. I loved my stay here and was most comfortable. Joan was such an accommodating hostess and genuinely cares about each person ensuring that their stay is as pleasant as possible. Absolutely will be back!

Absolutely Gorgeous- Charles Street B&B

I am originally from Lethbridge and enjoy staying at B&Bs over hotels whenever we travel - I never thought that the best one my hubby and I have ever been to would be in my hometown!!
I booked the house for the entire weekend of my wedding... Girls night the Friday evening and the wedding day/night. The house is decorated beautifully and made for the most amazing backdrop for our wedding photos. When we arrived there was a lovely welcome gift as a new couple and upstairs our room was decorated complete with chocolate covered strawberries and our favourite wine! Breakfast the next morning was amazing.. Home cooked frittata with toast, jellies, granola with yogurt and French pressed coffee. 
I really enjoyed having the whole house to ourselves as a couple but this would be a fantastic place for a trip with friends or family. All three bedrooms have similar vintage decor but are themed after famous women (Marilyn room is my fav!). The bathroom came complete with body wash, and shampoo/conditioner as well as a new loofah and pumice stone for each bedroom - so many little details that made it feel like home :) 
The only negative that I found was that due to the age of the house there was no central air; however, there are room air conditioners in the bedrooms and kitchen - they are a little noisy but not terrible. 
Overall I had a lovely experience and I think we will try and make a tradition of coming back yearly! Thank you again for helping in making our day feel that much more special :D

Perfect Stay!

Clean and comfortable place to stay with an attentive hostess.  We felt at home.  Good breakfast, plenty of good coffee.  No complaints at all.  We enjoyed the Hollywood theme, with interesting photos throughout.

This B&B is the most charming house I have had the pleasure to stay in and the owners are very accommodating.  They work very hard to please their guests and I would definitely recommend this character home to all.
