Loved our visit to Blue. Stayed at Seasons and was given a view of the hills and pool. Room was comfortable with a kitchenette, living room, den and bedroom. The room was comfortable and great for our stay. Check-in went smoothly and the staff were friendly. The common areas of the building are well worn and the elevators make a concerning banging sound when you go down. It could use a refresh. It would have been good to have fresh towels and trash removed daily but that is not offered now. All in all a great spot we would return to.

Great visit

My family and i stayed at 106 birch view trail for 3 nights. For $668/day. Plus $150 cleaning fee and $350 for service fee along with $150 for sheets for all the beds. Which we declined and brought our own.You would think that at least the beds would be comfortable. The beds were hard like box springs and everyone of us had an aching body after our 1st night. I don't think whomever does the cleaning actually used  soap because we had to re-wash the silverware and cups. But more annoying is that we pay a service fee of $350 to stayatbluemountain and when it came time for us to get help resolving an issue with our damage deposit. They all (israel, luke and i think the girls name was michelle). They pretty much kept saying we'll get back to you when we talk to my manager. Its been 2 weeks since we checked out. We had to send an etransfer for $1500 damage deposit 3 days before check in. So now when we call or email asking when are they going to refund our $1,500 damage deposit we keep getting the runaround. It doesn't take 2 weeks to do a walk through. The place definitely is not worth the daily rate. I would never recommend staying at this particular chalet. We've stayed at the Mosaic located in the village at least 4 times. And i give that place 5 stars easily. That place is alot more comfortable than the chalet.

Don't rent from stayatbluemountain chalets

Stayed here for an overnighter - decent acommodation. Great in winter time as you can ski down to your back door. Nice fireplace with big screen TV inside. We had the 2 bedroom units. Lots of room to spread out in. Its a bit of a walk to the village, maybe 10 minutes - so make sure you take this into consideration. We drove to the village and parked there and then walked around. But its a nice walk along the bottom of the hill if you are so inclined. There are steps leading into the units with narrow doorways - not good for wheelchair.

We hoped to find the place clean under Covid-19 situation, it wasn’t the case. We had to clean the dust accumulated who knows how long, the floor and kitchen appliances also dirty.... I don’t recommend it

Summer vacation at North Creek resort

Beware

I booked a unit a few months ago and then a couple months ago I was informed by the new rental pool company that the unit that I had rented had been removed from the rental pool. 

They then offered me another alternate which wasn't as nice for the same price, then more time went by and they then emailed me telling me the owners of the replacement unit would not agree to the terms and started offering me other options. 

I then got fed up and told them I wanted to cancel and get a refund which they agreed to. They then sent me a an email asking me to fill out forms to process a wire transfer and I paid by credit card - then to add to it they said the wire transfer would take 30-45 days! I have no idea why they can't just refund my card.

I am still trying to get my money back with countless emails ...
Completely unacceptable and too bad as we were frequent renters at Blue but will not using them.

New owners of Blue Mountain rental pool - Vacasa

I received an email from Vacasa, the new owners of Lodges at Blue Mountain, on November 12, 2019 stating, "On October 20, 2019, there was an external attack on the system owned and operated by the former owner of the LBM business.
We were recently made aware of the incident, which resulted in unauthorized access to personal information, including names, email addresses, billing addresses, and credit card numbers of guests who have transacted with LBM."

It took Vacasa 23 days to inform customers of the security breach. In the meantime, my credit card was hacked on Oct. 24, with over 70 fraudulent charges, including Netflix Brazil. Fortunately, BMO was on top of it and shut it down and reversed all charges.  Their investigation determined that more than just my credit card has been compromised, including my name, address, phone number, and email.  BMO was very helpful in assisting me to set up Credit Alert, but who knows how my personal information is being used.  It is very stressful.

In the meantime, all Vacasa suggested I do was monitor my credit card for suspicious activity and consider signing up for up credit alert.  It was a woefully inadequate response to a very serious situation. 

Vacasa seems to be blaming LBM, but at the end of the day, Vacasa owned LBL during the breach.  Both LBM and Vacasa are responsible.

Major Security Breach - all my personal information and credit card was stolen

My family went back to #9709 last week, where we have stayed numerous times.  It is quaint and comfortable.  We enjoy the location since it has a pool, close to beach and very quick to get to the Village (even shuttle service provided). 
Staff t welcoming and Thai food onsite was enjoyable.   Planning next years get away!

Another fun week!

We stayed at the Toronto Ski Club North Ridge Resort at condo 9709. I do NOT recommend this unit. The photos do NOT accurately represent what this condo looks like. If you plan on doing activities at the Blue ski hill consider staying at the hill as there are many discounts by showing your room key. No discounts if you stay at North. Back to the condo...The patio table is unusable as it has a huge burn hole in the middle of table, chairs are dirty. The upper level loft bedroom has no TV, hanging mirror or photos on wall as seen in the advertised photos. The carpet is not clean and has burn marks. Spider webs were all over the fireplace and be sure to bring your own kitchen knives if you want to cut and prepare food. The dishwasher doesn’t clean properly as the soap didn't dissolve when run so we had to waste time hand cleaning the dishes. The main floor toilet flushes are hit or miss. We tried to flush down left over cereal and there were floating cheerios all day long. This past weekend we also rented anther unit 9713 for our friends which was much nicer and would recommend this condo if you choose to stay here. The pool was lovely and staff was pleasant. Condo 9709 was not worth the hefty price tag $750 for 2 nights. We stayed here August 9 to 11, 2019.

Blue Mountain North Toronto Ski Club North Ridge condo 9709

We rented this location for a family vacation in July. Due to the size, reasonable price and location, we were able to fit double the amount of people than if we stayed directly in the village. The rooms were a great size and had multiple beds. There is a great view of the golf course, and grass area to hang around in. The village is less than 10 minutes walking, and theres also gym access 2 kms away which is a great perk. We'll be back for sure! And thanks to Sheldon for being such a great help.

Awesom Family Location

We stayed in Cachet Crossing for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. The one bedroom unit had a great flow with a spacious living room, a fully stocked kitchen and a large bedroom. The bed was comfortable and even had an en suite. There was a nice deck with a barbecue and chairs. The complex is located steps from the mountain and quick walking distance to the village. Check in and out were both smooth. Parking is close to the door and we could see our car from our room

We would happily return.
