This is a coffee shop but they don't sell any coffee.

Actually, they do.

But they have weed too.

Look for a dude nicknamed Lucky.

& don't say you know me.

The strain is Agent Orange, I believe.

Straight up from the triangle.

The trim is 7, and trichomes are visible.

The high feels like Indica-dominated.

But you won't pass out after just one joint.

Mix them up with "Golden Virginia" or "Drum",

which are easily accessible at most Circle K's,

and don't forget about the gums.

I can't believe that people come here for ...

The area is interesting with cool graffiti. However, there are people trying to sell you drugs and loud drunk expats. Rooms are not clean, staff doesn't seem to care, and definitely doesn't feel safe to leave your belongings there. I recommend srating somewhere else but visiting this neighborhood during the day. 

Not safe or clean 

If you want a local experience this is the place, food is good and the owners are very friendly. It’s close to tourist spots, like the night market, Wat Phnom, and river front. Great time and memories!

The place is a great value for the price

The whole place just has a very odd vibe about it, the staff just hang around downstairs and hound you when you walk through for food or tuk tuk rides (the tuk tuk guy is really sleazy and stood inside our room with the door shut asking us repeatedly what we were doing tomorrow after a 9 hr bus!! Sales advice: Leave people alone! Also saw him plying a young solo Canadian girl with beer one night whilst doing the hard sell!) 

Other guests too are a bit odd, creepy Indian guys, dodgy ex-pats... one of which told the whole place he s**t himself whilst we're trying to eat the bland and underdone breakfast! People smoking weed everyday despite loads of signs all over the place about drugs, which itself is a worry. We could smell it from inside our room! Also very noisy at night, shouting and banging at all hours. Someone arguing about money with a woman so god knows what that was about but we can only imagine! 

Asked for a towel and after a 10 minute conversation between themselves as I awkwardly stood there they gave me one off a chair at reception the woman had been sat on after she looked it over to see if it was"clean", then we had to wait another 10 mins whilst they got some toilet roll!! The room clearly had never seen a deep clean either and was pretty grimy and dingy. 

The area is pretty local which itself isn't too bad and is an interesting place. But with people constantly offering you drugs it does make it seem a bit dodgy and not somewhere you would want to walk alone at night.

Tuktuk Driver

If you want to real city by the Old Lake this is the place. A true paradise for the adventurist. Nothing fancy here but everything can be had for a price. Anything you want. Lovely people and slummy location but super cool vibe.

The Lake

i booked this place at the last minute without looking at the reviews my bad ,  the room was filthy ,,, the bathroom probably havent been cleaned for month i went to buy "chlorox" to spray it over , by the room there was a little terrasse  with a view but was always filled by noisy pot smokers . i do not recommend this place at all.

For the budget traveler

if you want ti hear Indians, Africans and prostitutes shout all night, then this is the place for you. Surly staff, slow service, nasty place. Horrible setting by the now filled in lake. Worst place I've stayed in for years. Avoid.

The location is great and very quiet, the owner who runs it leaves everything to the local Tuk Tul driver Lucky to do. Lucky is fantastic, he is really helpful and if you ask him he will take you to the Genocide centre and the killing fields and back for $25 but you must pay your own entry. 

Great Location. Staff were okay. 

If you don't use booking.com to book ahead expect to pay for a lesser room at a higher price than you would have otherwise. The owner was most rude about the situation when I complained about it. I'll be here one night only. I'd rather have payed more elsewhere and got treated right.
