The room l had was very disappointing..it smelt of stale water and damp, I could not open the only window as it literally opened onto the road, the bathroom was  mixture of non working fixtures, broken tiles and very poor plumbing. 
The terrace whilst quite nice failed to live up to the promises made, there was no view worth mentioning, roof tops, cables and rubbish and certainly no sunset over the sea.

Terrible room, rude staff

After arriving in Kep very tired and hot we found that the guesthouse we had booked with no longer exists. The staff at kepmandou were gracious and understanding of our troubles and want out of their way to accommodate us. The staff are friendly and very eager to help and engage. 
A particularly big thank you to the manger Chomroen and her husband Tolla.
We send our love, the first impression that was left with us on that first night has meant so much to us! We now plan to live in Kep.

Exceptional service!!

I chose this place because of the nice reviews however I did not like it at all.
The room was super dark, the shared bathrooms are in lack of cleaning and the staff was almost unfriendly. The mosquito net was useless as there were holes in it. I got bitten all night long... Not cool.
Wi-Fi works great and the bar area is pretty nice to chill. Would not stay again.


Very average

Really cool place. Have free local wine 7 -8. Hosts were so helpful with organising a trip to vietnam. Really helpful. Great view of the water and hammocks really nice 👌. 
Would like to stay again if had more time

Chilled place

A nice place to chill and meet people. The staff is very nice. A lot of special offers were announced on posters (happy hours, etc.) but the staff said they don't do it anymore. My dorm was very comfortable but I woke up full of bedbugs bites and the staff didn't care at all when I told them. Should be something usual there.
