We stayed two nights at this terrible hotel. Both days there was no water. The hotel receptionist told me there was maintenance in the town, the whole town had no water and they didn’t know when it would be restored. We had breakfast at a restaurant just meters from the hotel and it had running water. When we got back to the hotel there was still no water in our room. I asked at reception why and the same receptionist admitted all she knew was that the hotel had no water not the whole town. 

Dishonest hotel 

The price is too high for such unpleasant rooms. Dirty walls and carpet, broken lamp and no hot or even warm water. I stayed just for one night and still feel disappointed and like Im in some cheap out of town motel, but at least my stay was short. I don't recommend. 

Hoorible and overpriced 

An extremely unpleasant place to stay. Although the lobby of the hotel is ok, the rooms are more than terrible. I do not recommend you to stay here except as a last resort. Even then do not have any expectations, because apart from the fact that the hotel is bad, the staff is terribly rude. My personal advice is to stay away and don't go there unless it's necessary.

Unpleasant hotel

Rooms smelt of cigarette smoke and  were old fashioned. Handy if you are catching early morning bus to Sofia which is across the street but would not put visitors here or stay longer than one night. Yambol it self is nice and becoming very cosmopolitan people are laid back and friendly. The are plenty of cafes bars and good restaurants in the centre.

Dated

We booked here for new years eve and asked to see a room before booking but were told there were none available, but downstairs looked amazing so we went for it anyway. The rooms were filthy there was a sticky sweet and sunflower seeds on the floor (popular snack in BG) in the dust. The room was freezing, the lamp shade was held together with sticky tape...not really an issue but just explains the standard. There was mold in the bathroom too. The bar was closed all day so no drinks or coffee etc available until the function room opened at 8pm. Staff very unhelpful. I have stayed in many hotels in BG and this was the worst by far.

Terrible hotel

The neon lights from.a distance made me think "ah a 5 star hotel". The closer I got the less stars the hotel seemed to have. At reception we were down to.3.5. Got in the lift..2 stars. Saw my shower...barely scraping a star. Please lawd let me not get legionnaires disease....i don't know who on earth rated this hotel 4stars. 2 things come to mind if there were to be a fire..we on the 9th floor would be f*****d also if you are a sleep walker this hotel is not for you (open windows on the 9th floor- probably for if there was a fire at least you have a choice of how you might want to end it)l
