It was difficult to find the hotel with navigation, but receptionist ( polite guy from kebab restaurant next to the hotel) helped us. We booked double room. It was small, but i didn't expect to be bigger. We found pieces of chips under the bed, but entire room was clean. Bathroom was also clean, but i dont like the fact that for toiletries you have just a soap machine and you dont know is it a shampoo or inside they put liquide soap.

Perfect location to explore the city

Advantages: the location is perfect, just in the very city center. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are warm. Personal is polite. 

Disadvantage: it is close to a night club and there may be noise during the sleeping hours.

Clean and cozy

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in in thirty years of travelling. Just awful. Good points? The room on the corner on the second floor is very spacious with a lovely balcony. Also - the receptionist seemed pleasant enough. Bad points? That big, spacious room was really smelly - water had obviously come in through the ceiling above the bed. And even worse - it’s literally feet away from a bar that plays thumping, loud music until the small hours, also during the week. We got moved to another room when we realised we weren’t going to be able to sleep. The second room was quiet, but absolutely tiny - it was filthy and stank even worse than the first, also the carpet was soaking wet. At this point we bailed out, and fortunately found a room at the Rostov Hotel - the old communist state hotel just across the road. I’m surprised the reviews of Cascade here are a few years old -the management have obviously done nothing to sort this place out. Absolutely one to avoid.

Awful

The hotel was in the center, a parking was also nearby. The staff was very polite. However during the night there was a lot of noise and the double room was very small.The window of our room wouldn't open as well. To summarize, this hotel is for travellers, who wish to spend a single night for a good price, but don't expect the stay to be comfortable enough.

The good sides of our vist: We booked a studio which was very clean and cozy.
The receptionist was smiling, polite and helpful.
BUT, there is a bar next to the hotel. The play music LOUD. The noise is awful. It stopped about 04:00 a.m. We had to drive all day long the same day. We told the receptionist that we are not satisfied, but she couldn't do anything about it.
Other bad sides are: The reception desk is at the second floor and there is no elevator, a.k.a. not very good for parents with small kids and old people (with disabilities). There is no reading light near the bed, no bath curtain in the bathroom.
Do not recommend this hotel if people want to relax!!! It will be good for people who like to party all night long. The price is good for the facility, but not for the service we got. Wepayed  55 BGN for a studio with balcony.
