Pulled in here as part of a long cycle trip. As I was locking my bike the lady from reception appeared and showed me where I could put it. She was really nice and helpful.
The room was lovely with a view over the harbour. Good size, good bathroom, working WiFi comfy bed. The hotel is very close to the centre and a large number of restaurants. I’ve been on the road 60 days across Europe this is one of the best places I have stayed

Excellent in all respects


We stayed here in September 2023. Very friendly staff. Small, disappointing rooms. In our room the WiFi signal was very weak. Some rooms have a balcony with sea view. The hotel has 3 floors but no elevator!
In front of the hotel 4 cars can be parked and if you make an advance request you might be able to put your car here. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast but there are many, many restaurants within walking distance.

We only stayed 1 night but would definitely stay for 2 or 3 nights. Its perfect for a nice, quiet stay in Nessebar. We had a room directly overlooking the harbour, the view and balcony were stunning! The room was, I don't want to say Basic in a negative way, it was spotlessly clean, the bathroom perfect for a few nights, a sofa and a double bed fridge and a TV. I wouldn't want a week but for a weekend it would be ideal. 
The people at reception were lovely! Very friendly and helpful, just really nice and genuine ladies. 
We had a lovely stay and will stay again.

nice stay - nice location in the heart of old Nessebar - many restaurants nearby - free parking - also near to the bridge where bus and boat stops - discount in hotel restaurant

there is no elevator - you must be able to climb 2-4 floor on stairs

We stayed for one week, spacious rooms, seaside view, breakfast at groundfloor restaurant! No escalator. Clean and very friendly personnel. Only few meters away from most of oldtown restaurants. And the price was very competitive in comparison to hotels at Sunny Beach!



Nice Hotel in Nessebar Oldtown

Just spent 3 nights here. Hotel is in a fantastic location, easy to walk through the old town, to the harbour area or to a bus stop if required. The hotel has limited parking and pre-arrival enquiries meant that they had reserved a space for us. The hotel staff are all very friendly. The room itself was larger than average with a balcony and free view tv with a good selection of channels. I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel, it is lovely.

This is a restaurant review not hotel, I can't find the restaurant. 
We called here after coming off the water taxi from Sunny beach and it was quite nice. 
I had a garlic steak and the wife had Steak Diane and they were lovely. I had a Tiramisu type dessert and my lady had ice cream, both great.
The meal came with a half litre of wine free and I had a few beers and it came to £31, good value.

Nice Find

Great location and very nice room with a view. Perfect for a couple. The room was very clean and customer service was friendly. We stayed at the third floor in a room with big balcony. Discount to the downstairs restaurant was a nice bonus. We had good breakfast and dinner at the place.
Overall a very nice stay. I Would definitely recommend the place!

Lovely place!

Superb location on the harbour front, We had an apartment with kitchen, facilities were excellent. Comfortable and relaxing, a delight to stay, the balcony overlooking the bay was a joy. We arrived by car and on site parking was a bonus.
Suffered a major problem of my own doing, which was magnificently dealt with by Saint Nikola.
