The food was super fresh and tasty. The staff was friendly and kind. The view is adorable and the rooms are pretty clean. The water in the pool is clean and warm. 
There was a party night with latino dances, karaoke and free cocktails and I had a great time. 
I would recommend this place to my friends. 

Excellent 

We ware here last spring for 2 days. Unfortunately, the restaurant had an event that lasted until 3 in the morning, so it was hard for us to sleep on the first day. The breakfast was simple but good. I remember that they had some yogurt and pastry.

Good View of the city

We arrived to hotel and the lady in front wasn't welcoming. We took the room that looked ok and with great city view and went out immediately to eat. When we came back, we went to the room and when sitting on the bed I realized that the matress was horrible abd the bathroom smelled  with pea and asked to find another room With better matress. The (same woman) was again very rude and while talking to herself in Bulgarian she said she will show me a different room otherwise she will give me my money back (it was 8pm). 

The other room was with the same horrible matress and when I asked if she has a better one, she said No and that we can go. 
So we went at the evening to find a different place around. Shame!

Nice location, bad service and...

Rude owner, who is using the hotel for his personal needs. He and his local friends have priority over all possible guests. The swimming pool is used for attracting visitors and generating bookings, but when we arrived, we could not use it after 18.00 and before 9.00(?!) The rooms had not been renovated in a decade, no air-conditioning, no ventilation, no reading lamps. Worn-out bathrooms with sprinkling leaking pipes... The chef and staff were doing their best, the food and drinks were perfect. But the owner found it acceptable to shout in public at the head waiter, and loudly humiliated him in front of us for unknown reasons, although the waiter was very nice and really helpful with our big group of 20 people.

Undereducated owner spoils the view

Horrible experience. They speak very poor English. The owner / receptionist is super rude. Two small children were playing and one of the 2-year-old children splashed a glass of juice. The lady made us pay 15levs for a glass and spoke with much lack of education. When we did the check-out they made us wait to see if we had stolen or spoiled anything.
I worked in hotels in the past and i also stayed in many places. I never saw this kind of atitude.

Horrible.

We just visited the reastaurant when we passed through the town and waited 20 minutes to see the menu, then ordered cola, cola zero and a coffee. They didnt have cola zero?!  ..in a restaurant!
Anyway it isnt worth the time spent

Awful

Probably the most unfriendly staff in Lovech. Hotel looks nice and rooms to but no smoke alarms. Manageress looks like lap dancer and very unfriendly. If i had a choice i would stay any place but thier again.
