What was bad

No warm welcome, no welcome drinks for us after a long journey. Childrens beds like army camping beds, slats kept falling, staff very unpleasant, never said hello or good morning. The spa was lovely but again staff quite rude, daughter accidently had towel in her hand and got chased up the stairs yelling "give us back our towel" Got told to be quiet in the bar area about 9 even though we were the same volume as everyone else. Brochure says complimentary ski storage, but this is wrong, its only free if you hire from them, if you brought your own....u have to pay, daily! Rooms were good size but we had a strange hole in the wall, carpets need a deep clean. Tassimo machine didnt work and you got to pay per pod, no kettle for the free crappy coffee. Maids arent so good, they had taken all towels and not replaced, so i had to go to reception wet, twice due to a language barrier. Breakfast, warm water, warm juice, lack of seating. The building as a whole is beautiful and location great, just ashame the staff are just rude and i feel its a 4 star.
