Really enjoyed our time at Casa United.  This is a great location - 2 minute walk to Eternal Flame and pedestrian street for shopping;  less than 10 minute walk to Old City.  
If you exit the hotel to right, make a right at the light, you'll find 'Manhattan Bar' which has FRESH VEGETABLE & fruit juice!  this was a great find for us!   
The Attic room was really spacious & warm.  the large bed unfortunately had a loose spring so one side wasn't great. The staff was great and really helpful.  Really glad we chose this apartment!

Lovely Staff, Good Location, Comfy Apartment

My girlfriend and I stayed for one night in October 2015, and would certainly recommend this hotel as a great value and well located city hotel. 

The hotel is located close to the city centre with about 10-15 minute walk to reach the older Ottoman section, so very practical for sight-seeing around the city. There are many bars and restaurants in the area directly behind the hotel and it's relatively easy to find though you will need to look closely at the sign as it is located in a small courtyard set back from the street that offer parking. The room rate is good value, so we were very happy with the price. 

The rooms are more functional than luxurious, being a bit minimal, however the bed was huge and comfortable, there was a desk and chair and the bathroom was small but well-appointed.

The staff were very friendly at all times, and were very helpful pointing out where we could find things of interest as well as when asking if we could leave our car for a couple of hours after we had checked out. The girl that greeted us gave us a map and pointed out a free walking tour which we would also highly recommend as it gave us a really nice introduction to the city and it’s history.

All in all, we thought that this hotel provides great value for money, with a great location and would stay here again if we visit Sarajevo again.

Nice hotel in a great location

Apartment location is really good, close to the old town but away from noise. The staff is very helpful, helped us with parking, luggage and also provided loads of suggestions to explore the city. 

Apartment size is decent as well. There is no kitchen facility but ok given the food is good and cheap in Sarajevo.


Great location and helpful staff 

Spend almost a week at Casa United. Very warm welcome by the staff. Everybody from reception to cleaning staff was always very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, in walking distance of all major sight, restaurants and so on. The room had everything I needed (wifi worked perfectly all week) and was clean. Casa United would definitely be my choice for another visit to Sarajevo!

Wonderful hotel and staff

Very nice location, just in the center! The staff was very warm and welcoming! They helped us to exchange the money, to find the cab and even told us most interesting spotsof the city! Prices affordable! The room was nice and  
cosy! Highly suggested! :)
