It was good service to be picked up at the bus station by hotel staff, but they need to work on keeping bodies in beds.

The front rooms are well appointed, with bedside tables and floor lamps, quality beds and bedding.  I especially liked the four white pillows, propped at a jaunty angle.  They provided some comfort when you propped yourself against the head board to watch TV.   
Very small bathroom with shower head that need a good clean to re direct water flow.  Hot water did not require any cold added to it and was not hot enough for me.
I would have stayed a week but when asked the price I was told it would be standard rates.   If I wanted to pay just 10 soles less I would have to move into a room downstairs with no windows.

Breakfast was the usual buns, jam, tea and coffee with one scrambled egg and  strips of sansalchia in a restaurant with no natural light.  Deck up stairs is a good feature but rarely used.  This is a three star hotel and they could have been more creative.

Loved the pillows

This place is very shabby and in need of some TLC. It gets very cold at night, our bedroom window had a corner piece of glass missing so a freezing draft came in, we had to plug the hole using a table cloth. One member of staff allowed us to use kitchen to make a hot water bottle, another member refused. Hot shower worked one day, but not the next. Place is about 10 min walk from main square, area doesn't feel particularly safe, but we had no problems. WiFi was quick, but didn't work in rooms. Overall not a great place, but its cheap, so you can't expect too much.
