The Restaurant service was the worst service I have ever seen in my self it is worst than a 1 star hotel.

The breakfast was very simple not american breakfast( we got cold boiled eggs,cheese,cold small sausage,cheese on one small plate)
The hotel was not fully booked but we had noisy neibourghs)

The dinner restaurant was excellent,great dinner with nice service.
The beds were comfortable,rooms big.
The showers were in bath ,all in bath was corosed,should be replaced.

They have hotel, Restaurant swimming pool and beach as well. It's nice place just 15 minuts drive from city center.  I'm with my 6 friends. It was 1:35 at night. We order fish. They bring it in 45 minuts. It was just ok. Thank you.

We preferred Aysberg over other resorts as the pictures uploaded were quite mesmerising, but our decision proved wrong. Rooms are worn out. Except for staff in reception, none of the staff speaks English nor you can communicate orders to the kitchen staff as they couldn't speak or understand English.  The pool and beach are good. One night we spent without aircon, I asked them to fix but they showed inability and replied that technician will come tomorrow. Staff at reception mostly showed an inability to solve issues which was more a management problem, otherwise, the staff itself was receptive.  Compared to room size television screen was very small and had very few channels plus slow wifi. Food at restaurants was good, but the menu was in the local language so difficult to pick up as the staff couldn't speak English. Overall experience was mixed, washrooms were old and water leaking from a plugged tape.  Windows towards the road are not soundproof so, at night traffic and sea, wind can disturb your sleep.
Not worth the money paid, with this condition I will recommend exploring other options if no option is available then your stay will be without regret.

Not at par to our expectations

We have been there in the very end of the season just a few people there which felt strange. Btw all russian so the resort is very popular between them. The room was spacious but unrgently need for some renovation. They have just smoking rooms so everything smelt after smoke. Moreover the bathroom smelt also very bad it was not possible to keep the door open during night. The reception spoke English but nobody else in the hotel. You are not able to talk not even few words with the restaurant staff. They have a very strange tradition: in the restaurant is just cash paying possible they dont write it to your room and if you want to pay by card they escort you to the reception to do so. The waiters dont move from your side until payment which is ridiculous. We did not book breakfast originally but we changed our mind and added this to our reservation at arrival. The restaurant staff didnt understand this change so they called at every morning the reception again to check it and we had to explain each every time the situation. The outside area is nice including the Beach. However everything is a bit old and very oldafashioned and not too clean. They played the whole day very laud music it was definitely disturbing. In the neigbourhood is nothing within walking distance so no chance to take even a walk or do anything outside. So, mostly because od the Beach its okay but next time I would try something else. On the pictures it definitely looks better then it is.

Old fashioned big resort

The Hotel needs some renovation, both on staff and infrastructure !! 
We booked two sea view rooms but when we arrived the gave us one sea view and one ordinary room (which was so noisy due to nearby highway), the receptionist did not know how to speak English and asked us to wait till the Manager come (after about 6 hours he gave us the sea view room). 
Breakfast was so limit and most of the time there was no bread on the table, dishes were not that perfect and most of the dishes were empty.
I don't recommend going there until July because you can't use the beach or pool because of cold weather. 
Waiters on the beach and restaurants don'y speak English at all. Music is on high volume even after midnight (sometimes during the day there is no music around the pool).

Clean rooms, perfect view on the second floor, wifi speed was good.
FYI : Taxi fare to city center was just 7 AZN (about 5 $)

Not close to what I expected

You have to pay foe everything, for beach and swimming pool 10 azm per person,u cannot use chair or table if u r not going to order meal,
Food and drinks r extremely expensive,servise is bad,servers r rude and etc.
Will I come here again? Not of course.
