I stayed in a room in the 6th floor. The room is really nice and big. And the smell also is nice. The bedroom is fully carpeted. I got a terrace, the view outside the window is the best especially during the night, you can see the flame towers in the distance. Compared to other hotels..this hotel has bidets installed in their washrooms. They replenished the bathroom amenities daily. There’s a mini bar in the room. There’s also a heater in the bedroom and in the washroom. 

In the lobby they play sweet smooth music.. it’s not a dry hotel.. u can drink alcohol in their bar. 

I ordered twice for their room service.. loved the fried chicken the most, whole chicken cut into several parts.. at first I was worried as I feel the meal is too much for me.. but I finished more than half of them in a single night. 

Also the receptionists are really helpful (forgot their names unfortunately).. like offering to get me a taxi and giving me directions to the areas I wanted to check. 

While waiting for my car to drop me back to the airport, a hotel staff gave me complimentary tea, the gestures is really nice.

I along with my friend stayed here for three nights. 
It was very clean,and good hotel in terms of location,and services provided by the staff.
The food offered by hotel were good and delicious. 
I would like to stay here in future.

I think that hotel is normal. I just like this hotel.
The location of the hotel is good, and near the city.
The room is clean and quiet to stay.
The staff is friendly and helpfull.
Breakfast is normal and include to price.

The staff at the Baku inn hotel were helpful and friendly, the price of a room is fair. 
The actual room itself was a little bit dated and needed modernising (I.e some paint and some new carpet) 

The hotel itself was fair though. Nothing really stands out as being ‘excellent’.

last week i was in  baku and settled in baku inn hotel , every things were good and thanks a lot about early check in , but there were some problems .
first in my room there wasnt hot water  in bath and so i couldn't take shower ,  i informed reception , they said after 3 minutes water got warm but didnt. 
second  staled bread served in breakfast . 
third ,about house keeping . In whole around world there is hanging label on the door one side is request for cleaning but in hotel there wasn’t.so whenever i arrived to my room  thy wanted to clean 

some tips 

We have stayed at the Happy Inn quite a few times.  The rooms are clean enough, but the pillows are terrible and each time the toilet paper is nearly empty when you check in.  The staff are friendly enough but very little english is spoken.  Today a young man opened the door to our room without so much as a knock on the door to see if the room was occupied, he just walked in.  Imagine our shock at this intrusion.  The bathroom is right next to the door to the room, imagine if we had been showering or getting changed at that moment.  There is no security chain on the inside of the door, something management needs to install.  Breakfast is included (if you can call it that) is included in the price of the room.  The selection is cold pizza, slices of cold processed meat, olives, feta cheese and two other cheeses, cold hard boiled eggs, one jug of juice, tea and coffee and stale bread not even a toaster.  All foods are just on plates on the table, no refrigeration, not even sitting the plates on ice.  Ok for the colder months but not the summer where the temperature can get around 35 degrees celcious.  Dinner is ok if they have what is actually on the menu, usually it's  " ok what do you have".  I would not recommend this hotel, for a little bit more you can have a far better hotel.

rooms toward sea have problem with wind sounds that prevented us from sleep all night
air condition wasn't working and th
