Very friendly service and great location. The apartment had everything you need at a very affordable price.

Love the property very good location is great close to the beach playground and main place Didn’t like u can’t smoke in the balcony Some dishes wasn’t clean But in general amazing place very recommended

Great position great unit had everything we needed

The unit was very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen in a very good location. A doona would have been helpful as the nights were very cold and we don't like to leave a heater on all night. There was a lack of communication at the beginning as no-one was at reception. The manager said they had sent a message to hotels.com syaing that the door was open and the key was inside. We did not receive a message from hotels.com. This delayed our entry to the unit by an hour as the manager also did not text us back. Other than the communication issue we had a great time.

We loved our stay at the Merimbula Beachfront Apartments, we ended up staying an extra two nights! Pat was so obliging, she shuffled things to enable us to stay longer. Pat and Bob were the perfect hosts, and the location of the apartments is so convenient. The kids can get on their bikes and ride to the park, beach or cafe. It's also a short walk to the main part of Merimbula, but it's in a quiet area. 
We loved it for the kids, the apartments are so big, and very safe for little ones.
They are also in excellent condition, I'd like their cleaner to come and visit my home!
We'll definitely be back again, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Immaculate apartment, perfect location

Bob & Pat are very friendly and welcoming. Nothing too much trouble.Very clean and large units with everything you need.Close to beach and lake and easy walk to shop.Brilliant break!

While the name is Ocean Front it is across the road from the Ocean and there is no views. The Receptionist  was  very pleasant and replaced the TV that was not working. The place was very clean and smelt nice. There was a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The unit itself was quite dated and it could be improved significantly quite cheaply.

Basic clean accommodation.

This was the third time we have stayed at Beachfront Apartments and Pat and Bob continue to maintain the excellent high standard in all areas to make our stay so enjoyable. They are very friendly and helpful but not ‘in your face.’ We love the quiet location in the Fishpen area which is flat and close to the beach. We’ll definitely be back again and highly recommend a stay at Beachfront Apartments.
