You occupy part of a house.  The owners live downstairs and you have a separate entrance and door to your own little apartment.  
Feels private and homely.  The lounge, kitchen and rooms are well looked after, very clean and very comfortable.
The lovely hostess makes a nice continental breakfast which is placed in the fridge for you to have when you wake up.
Although around 15 min out of Terrigal, I think it is a very pleasant way to visit Terrigal which has horrendous parking, and is bumper to bumper traffic during the weekend.  Getting out of Terrigal and relaxing at this B&B is a very nice way to visit the Central Coast.
The cost is reasonable and much  better value than the higher priced, closer to the beach offerings.  If you have a car, the short distance from Terrigal is not an issue.
If you don't have a car,  then it is a little bit out of the way unless you like long hikes or cycling.

A little bit out of the way but worth it!

Breeze B&B was a perfect place for a quiet weekend away.  The Queen Suite with its balcony and lounge was great place to relax in with the beach just a quick walk away.  A selection of restaurants were just a short drive away.  Breakfast was absolutely lovely with Jan and Jim being wonderful attentive hosts without being overly attentive.  We would recommend Breeze to any couple looking for an escape.

Enjoyable Stay

We had a wonderful week at the Breeze B&B home away from home it was very roomy and quiet, so relaxing. We were very spoilt by Jan & Jim the perfect hosts they were extremely helpful. Breakfasts were yummy, always a great start to the day.  It was close to Shelly beach and also not far from places to eat and beautiful walks to explore the area. Loved the Mr Lincoln rose and the bacon & egg pies were a super hit.  Highly Recommended :)

Top Spot

I would definitely recommend you chose this B&B. My husband and I recently spent the weekend at Breeze B&B to celebrate our anniversary. We could not fault our stay - the rooms are spacious, private, tastefully decorated and comfortable. We had a beautiful sleep, a delicious breakfast and loved reading on the balcony listening to the birds. The location is a short stroll to the beach and to bush walks. Hosts, Jim and Jan were warm, friendly and very helpful in recommending activities and a restaurant for our anniversary dinner.
