Payable directly to the hotel by local residents only. Tourists will receive a refund for the VAT Tax, when they pay for their accommodations. To receive the refund, they must pay with a foreign credit card or provide their passport number and confirm their address.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the property is family-oriented, and that guests are required to be quiet from 23:00 to 09:00, as well as during nap time. No bed linens or towels are provided. Please note that pets are allowed for a USD 10 fee per night. Maximum of one pet per apartment.
