I wasn't sure what this place would be like - there weren't reviews as its newly opened. However I was so pleased that I stayed there. I stayed in the six bed dorm that had a balcony out onto the courtyard. The bedding was brand new, the AC worked perfectly and there was a walk in wardrobe where belongings could be stored. The staff were exceptional - they were very keen to make sure I had everything I needed. They even posted on a box to Ireland for me as I wasn't able to get it sorted on the Saturday when I was leaving. Breakfast was great and in the restaurant downstairs. The location was right on one of the plaza's - very central. Thank you Santiago and the team there for a memorable stay.
