Hotel Terminal Tirana

We were returning from Berat by Bus and had a flight from Tirana the next day. Hence booked this hotel as it is very conveniently located just outside the Tirana Bus terminal (only a 2 minutes walk). The check in was very quick and the lady at the reception was so helpful and customer centric. She tried her best to give us directions to the city centre. The room # 317 was very spacious and was very bright during the day. The linen was of very good quality There were few things which I didn't like. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were high and hard. The shower holder was broken and one of the 2 lights in the room didn't work hence the room was dull at night
