Ngoc Han hotel is quite a large hotel away from the centre of town (only around 10 min taxi trip) and 5 minute walk to the beach. The family room we stayed in was reasonably price, a decent size and clean with the usual amenities you would expect. The only downside is that it doesnt have a restaurant and if you were to travel without having a Vietnamese speaker with you, it might be problematic. The staff all seemed very polite and friendly.
