We never left an hotel before, this was our first time. We booked and paid for 3 nights but ended up not staying any number of nights. The smell of damp is terrible, the room is not cleaned enough; The only window in the room did not close properly, which meant the room was getting cold. When we returned to the room, following check-in, someone went through the rubbish bin, leaving some of the rubbish on the floor! The cherry on the cake was finding a mouse on the room in front of ours and hearing it being killed by the owner. We immediately left and found another hotel. Do read the bad reviews as they accurately describe this 'hotel'.

Worst place we ever stayed

The room was old and it smelled badly. You do not be afraid, they are quite clean and there are no bugs (I hope). I can not evaluate the view from balcony, because all the time we were there, was foggy. In the room was moisture all the time and the bathroom is really weird. Breakfast was quite good, nothing special, but for the price OK. The boy at the reception was not really accomodating, but he speaks english. For sleep-over ok, for longer stay not good.

Less than average

Just needed a place in Sapa for the night before catching a bus the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was spot on. It's close to a lot of things, while being set back from the street enough to be quiet. Would definitely stay there again and reccomend it. 

Simple isn't a bad thing

I stayed one night on 29/05. The manager was very friendly and helpful, the room was quiet, clean and tiny. The best advantage of the hotel is that it's located in the center of the town so that it just takes few minutes to walk to the church, Cat Cat village or Ham Rong mountain. Great choice for short time of staying.

Great for the cheap price

View from the balcony is very good. The dorm itself is not big, but ok. The thing that I didn't like is that it is too dark, there is no window in the room. Everything else was good, quality worth its money. Yet breakfasts were very tasty and I liked their ginger tea. And btw, don't book it on hostelsworld, they don't use it and send people to another place.
