We had a lovely stay the hotel was a little out of the way 10 minute walk to the restaruants, the manager kept going into our room every time we left the hotel for no reason which we found a ltitle odd, his wife would shout him as soon as we came in and he would appeare with our key. Clean rooms comfy bed and lovely shower.  

Lovely hotel however they like going in your room uninvited

Clean room, nice staff, hot shower. With a little balcony. Very clear room. The only down side was that it was far from the center. But there is some nice cafes around and the chu bbq is not bad. A Pho place in front for cheap. They don’t have breakfast
We rented scooter for 1 day. At 100k

위치는 주변 관광명소를 도보로 이동할 수 있었기에 좋았습니다. 조용한 숙소이고 스텝만 영어를 조금 합니다. 주변에 식당이 있고 특히 달랏 현지인들이 많이 찾는 커피숍(Milano coffee)이 있습니다.

위치가 괜찮은 조용한 숙소

A friend and I stayed three nights here.

Positives: staff/owners were very friendly albeit language barriers (we don't know Vietnamese so this is our problem not theirs as we are travelling in Vietnam). We booked a reasonable tour through them and it was a good day.

The room was beautiful, clean and new.

Two bottles of water were provided each day.

Negatives: We booked a twin room (2 single beds) and were given a double room (1 double bed). 

We had to ask for more toilet paper because they only provided one small roll and didn't replace it when the room was made up. We had brought our own toilet paper roll as in experience so far in Vietnam many places don't have paper in the loo - this was taken from the room on the first day while we were out eating (having accidentally left it behind) and not replaced. 

There was no breakfast but I'm unsure as to whether that was specified when we booked the room. 

My plastic toiletries bag that I had brought my shampoo etc in was removed from the room and not returned. 

The hallway and staircase are extremely loud. There was a family staying at the same time and two of the three mornings we were woken before 6am by children screaming and shouting in the halls and running up and down the stairs. This also happened one night at around 11pm or so. As the owners live here too they should have asked them to quiet down. 

Shower pressure is very low and on the third morning the water was not hot.

The fridge in the room did not cool our drinks.

VERY noisy, friendly staff, minor items taken from room

Wow, never in my life have I experienced this kind of noise while staying at any accommodation. I had seen prior reviews about the noise but shrugged them off. That was a mistake. Two nights is enough here, switching hotels for our third night. Not even the constant bass thumping on Koh Phi Phi compares to this.

Woken up each morning at 5:30am to parents shouting, children screaming and running all over, doors slamming, music playing and babies crying. I was prepared for the second morning with earplugs but they were of no use. Why hotel management allows this behaviour to go on is beyond me. Literally noise from 5:30am straight to 8:00am.

It is a shame because the staff are friendly and greet you with a smile. Further, the room is very nice. Albeit small, the washroom is great and equipped with a rain water shower. They provide fresh towels, soap, and water daily. They do not change your sheets but make the bed. The television has lots of English channels, including a few movie channels. It's all for not though.

The location is a 7 minute walk to the city center market. And a 45,000 dong taxi to the cable car. It is also across the street from Chu Quan Restaurant, which is insane good.

However, unless you enjoy sleeping with noise cancellation headphones, do not stay here.
