They eventually processed my refund.
What was bad
I never even made it inside the hotel because they didn’t provide me with details on how to enter the building or the room. There was no check in service, I needed a code at the enternece which was never given to me. Someone who did have the code eventually let me in. Then, I also needed a code to get the key. That code was also never given to me. We tried to reach the hotel customer service number but they nev
