The Chuck Palm Springs

We were looking to stay a few days on our two week trip to California. We actually used the apartment as a base for walks in Yoshua Tree National Park. We were also looking to do our own catering and also wanted the place to be a little bit different and personal. The place completely fulfilled these requirements. We loved it. The apartment suited us well. It is a small apartment but that is compensated by the design and the fittings. We liked the rooms, they are a bit quirky. The bed was comfortable and I loved the shower! We had plenty of everything in the apartment and did not run out. The kitchen was sufficient, with quite a big stove. It allowed us to cook easily a more complex meal. There is no dishwasher. We did not mind. Car parking was easy. There are spaces outside the fence. It was easy to park our car and food shops were quite close by too. walking. We did not use the pool or the area outside, because we came back in the dark and quite late every day. It was quiet even though all 5 apartments were booked out and certainly the car park outside was full. It could have been that the people were particularly quiet or, that the noise just did not travel. We slept well. The main part to go out in Palm Springs is relatively close by and for us who like to walk, in walking distance. It has a large selection of restaurants and shops. The downside was that the apartment was small for all the luggage we had for two weeks holidays in different climates. It probably would have sufficed if we just went to Palm Springs and not on a larger tour. We would stay again.
