I enjoyed my neat room, clean bedding and towels and right on the beach, walking distance to pier and restaurants.
I enjoyed the beach and the water. Didn’t have to drag 
My chair because it’s so close to the water.

I will be going back again before the summer is over!

I booked Unit 6 for a 3 night stay as a solo vacation traveler. The owner's name is Marc. The room was fine and as advertised, however the owner failed to notify me of a planned power outage to the unit the first morning I was there. Then a person attempted to unlock my door and enter my unit with no knocking or announcing themselves. When I reported this to Marc, he was very unprofessional in his response, asking me to describe the man and going on about how he does not like him and was trying to get him fired. I felt unsafe so I decided to check out of this unit and move elsewhere. The owner then harassed me via text message. I would NOT recommend booking here. I will post the screenshots of Marc and I's conversation below.

Safety Concerns and Unprofessional Owner

We rented an apartment my aunt and I for a vacation. It is clean, comfy, and a few feet from the beach! It is fully equipped, including a BBQ. It also has a nice bug pool, balcony and places to sit outside. Also great for families with children. They even have beach toys you can borrow.
Would recommend it to everyone! Great quality/price!

Great time at the white cap!

My husband and I traveled to Old Orchard Beach this past week for our anniversary and stayed at White Cap Village. It was the first time either of us had ever been there. What a charming little motel this is! Not fancy, but clean, welcoming and comfortable. We had a small studio with an efficiency kitchen that had everything we needed as far as dishes, pots and pans, etc. for an extended vacation stay. Steps from the beautiful beach, it was a short walk by street or beach to the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, yet far enough away to be nice and quiet for a good night sleep. The heated pool was clean and the perfect temperature when we found the ocean to be a bit too chilly yet. Randy the manager was super friendly and accommodating and did everything he could to make our stay wonderful. We're absolutely looking forward to our next trip to OOB and White Cap Village!

Wonderful anniversary getaway!

Great Location 2 buildings from the beach. We stayed in unit #2 I believe building A.It had 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a kitchen and sitting area. This is a very simple but liveable unit. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook live lobsters. We could hear our neighbors thru the walls in the evening, and we had a slight water leak in 1 of the bedrooms that went into the bathroom.Being that it was off season it was pretty quite, I can only imagine how busy it would be in the summer. The location has to be the biggest asset to this motel.

Great Location

Very clean with kitchenettes.  Staff was very friendly.  The only complaint I would give is that the shower was Very small, hard to turn around small.  Parking was a little difficult as we had a full size F150 and the spots were a little on the small side.  Would definately stay there again.

Very nice motel close to the beach.

My wife and I have been going there two to tree times a years since 1984. It was a family run business "The Bergerons"  for family .

It's right near the beach.All the rooms have A/C, TV /cable and a kitchennette and free parking.The heated pool is just a few feet away as is the beach.

Close to all activities but just far enough to not hear the noise from the pear area.

Altough the main complex is dated, it's been well maintained trough the years.

There are off season prices with week-end specials too.

And finaly the price is right .

Cant ask for more.That's why people come year after year after year like us now that we're retired. Now even are children go there on the holidays.
