What was good

We love the river and your location.

What was bad

Check in was terrible. Rooms not ready. faucet linked all 2 days, never was looked at. Left early children were running up and down the hall, all night. Kept slamming the doors open and closed. Hotel never addressed the problem. We have been going to your hotel for 40 yrs. and always looked forward to it. This time we were very disappointed. Also found the $42.00 resort fee for what the pool. In times past we were treated as an important customer. Now we feel we were treated like a dollar sign. Take our money and who cares.
