We rented the penthouse that overlooked the creek from the patio.  It was spacious, well-stocked, clean and perfect for the 6 of us.  We used Summit Mountain Rentals, and their rental procedures were streamlined and simple.  We will definitely be coming back here!

Beautiful Property, Great Location

We took our family to Frisco for four nights and stayed at the Cross Creek Condos in the Penthouse (101)
We absolutely loved this condo. It had three good sized bedrooms, all with bathrooms. You can hear the creek when you open your windows and made sleeping at night very soothing. This condo has a very large living room with comfortable couches and chairs, and an updated open kitchen with everything you can possibly need.  It also has another bathroom in the front area.  The pantry in the kitchen is very roomy to put all of your food etc. in. There is a very large deck that overlooks the woods and creek. Plenty of patio chairs and a nice gas grill to do some grilling.  There is a clubhouse somewhat outdated but that was fine, that had a pool table and foosball table for our sons to play. Also there is a sauna room, indoor hot tub and pool and outdoor hot tub and pool.  The pool areas are very small and do not have lawn chairs, so we brought our own.  They did keep the pool clean and the hot tubs were a nice temperature. The condo also has a one car garage and plenty of parking.  It is a short and nice walk to Main street where there are many shops and places to eat.  Down the road is the marina which is beautiful. This condo is up on the third floor, which did not bother us and actually allowed a better view of everything. You so get quite a workout when carrying things up.  We would stay there again and were very happy with everything!

Our family trip to Frisco

This is a pretty good deal because of the stairs (three flights, no elevator).  We didn't mind, and have now stayed there two times.  Very roomy, clean, nicely decorated, worked fine for a large group for dinner (could use some more dishes and glasses...and please get a new can opener!).  I always love it when a condo has spices, corn starch, etc., they did.  Great location (on the river, walkable to town--west side anyway).

Penthouse is nicely decorated, roomy, lots of stairs.

We stayed in unit 203, a fantastic two bedroom condo overlooking the Ten Mile Creek in Frisco, CO.  This unit far exceeded our expectations, and may be one of the best condos we've ever rented.  The living room is nicely appointed with a flat screen TV, real fireplace, and a large, comfortable sofa and overstuffed chair.  The kitchen is fantastic, wish mine was as nice!  It had everything you'd want for week's stay.  The balcony had maybe the best views from a condo ever... wish it was ours!!  The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed and another flat screen TV, plus a small balcony facing the pool.  The shower in the master bath across the hall was fantastic!  The second bedroom is downstairs, and has a queen bed and a single bunk bed above it, a small balcony facing the clubhouse, a private bath across the hall, plus a private walkout.  There is also a washer/dryer in the unit!  The clubhouse has an indoor/outdoor pool, a jacuzzi indoors and out, a sauna, and a game room with video/dvds.

Cons... the main floor of the unit is two flights of stairs up.  If you're a flat lander this might pose a problem due to the altitude.  The garage is locked by the owner, not a problem in the summer, but in the winter you'll be cleaning off your car each morning.  The outdoor jacuzzi was pretty dirty by Sunday afternoon from usage, but the jets were so nice after a long hike in the Rockies we really didn't care!

The condo is one block off the main street, and close to the bike trail.  It is rented by Wildernest Vacation Rentals.

Wonderful Father's Day weekend

We shared Cross Creek unit #100 with two other families.  There was plenty of room for all of us to live in comfortably.  The 'family room' with the bunk bed and the two full beds was perfect for all our kids, while the parents enjoyed their own private rooms.

It was a nice walk to downtown Frisco and convenient to many ski resorts.  We enjoyed the hot tub outside - watching the stars, while the kids played pool inside.
