The motel was overbooked and our reservation was canceled without letting us know. Arrived after traveling 8 hours and told no room and to go somewhere else. The manager hung up the phone while I was talking to him. He told me to calm down and go away. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Worst customer service ever.

We arrived around 20:30 and got two rooms (4 people). Everything looked fine from the front side, there was a nice swimming pool and big parking space. 
When we opened the rooms, both the rooms were the dirtiest I have ever seen. But because we had already paid 85.98 for each room, we didn't have much choice. Everything in the rooms was terrible, the sink was broken and badly glued together, it looked as if something had died in the refrigerator and we couldn't lock the door because the safety was broken. Other things were also not ok, the fire alarm was inside the tv box and the box it self was broken. Also, the dust in the window was thick enough to write in it and the towels had black spots in them.
Both the rooms looked like bad motel rooms in bad American movies and I will never, never recommend this Motel. This was a terrible experience and after almost no sleep, we left early, covered with bites from something and feeling dirty from using the bead sheets. 
I do not have strong enough words to describe how terrible this was!

Terrible and dirty

We stayed here one night and found the site to be very well kept, Grounds are beautiful and clean.  Staff have been very helpful.  Good place to stay!  They have a common area with chairs and a fountain and in the shade!  This site is close to restaurants, stores and the highway.

Great place to stay

My 79 yr old mother had a reservation for 3 nights, her flight was cancelled but she called to let them know that even though she couldn't make it for the first night, she would be there for the following 2 nights, she was assured by "Mike" that she still had the reservation for those 2 nights (and he apologized that it was too late to reverse the charges for the first night, she told him that was ok, as long as she had the next 2 nights). The following day, her flight was going to be later than expected, but we placed a call to let them know she'd be a late arrival, but would definitely be there. Upon check-in, the lady at the front desk told her they had given away her room, b/c she hadn't shown up by 6pm, even though the note on her reservation (right in front of her) said she had called to say she'd be late. She said that b/c she had been a no-show the day before, and had been late, they gave away her room. My mother said she told them "Mike" had told her her reservation was still ok, the lady at the desk told her "we don't have anyone named Mike here" (funny b/c my mother had talked to him on 2 separate calls) Also, they didn't have any other rooms. So they took her money, didn't save her room, and sent her away. Worst customer service ever!

They take your reservation, but don't hold your room!

I called on a Monday evening when I was about half an hour away.

One room was left - Lisa saved it for me over the phone with just my name & number.

As I walked in the lobby - there was another party wanting that last room ...

Room was clean - good WiFi - good shower - parking on the street in front of the motel for pickup truck & 35 foot enclosed trailer that is lit.

Pro cleaners on vacation

To be frank but brief, my stay this weekend was among the worst hotel experience that I have ever encountered, This place is infused with a constant flow of vagrants, chained smoking staff that stenched up the hotel entrance and lobby, and ridiculous invasions in privacy a smothering uncomfortableness of fraternization and the daily guest rumor banter. As if people cannot overhear these conversations with the obvious obliviousness of that fact and being in very poor grace and etiquette wasn't enough, They monitor you with an excessive amount of cameras staring you in the face as they are diffusely scattered throughout the property for their entertainment . I am disgusted

desk staff very helpful,room seemed dated but orderly but then we found black hairs on pillowcase and were not sure if sheets had been changed...we got in at midnight due to a late flight and were woken at 3:15 by neighbors yelling "party".   We were just looking an inexpensive place to stay before we traveled further....

buyer beware

This is a really nice motel 6 a lot newer than most. The lady in reception was wonderful and had a neat dog, just the thing you need when you haven't seen your for 5 weeks!
The room was spotless and had a microwave, fridge good WiFi and coffee making. It is a little hard to find when you get off the freeway as it set back from the road. Whataburger right next door which is handy when you've done a lot of driving. If you're going to the drag racing I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

This is the only place I would ever consider Motel 6.  Been to several before in my travels as they are economical compared to most.  This one is by far the best I have ever stayed in.  Clean, Nice staff and very comfortable.
