Dead bugs in the room. Looked like it hadn’t been used or cleaned for awhile. We were traveling with animals, though, so did not expect a great room.

We were traveling eastward across the country in a twenty-two-foot Penske truck with our car in tow, and this was a great place to stay. There was ample, accessible parking for our rig, and it felt like a safe part of town—unlike similarly priced motels in Memphis, according to other reviews. The price (about $50) was great and a good value: the rooms are not only clean but were entirely renovated a couple of years ago and are quite charming, as far as budget motels go. The WiFi works, and the staff is friendly.

Excellent budget alternative to Memphis

It seemed as if some people are living at the property and I did not feel safe when I pulled in.  Once I went inside I saw roaches walking around and the smell of insecticide was strong.  I had a long drive and tried to go to sleep around 7:30/ 8pm and the people on the floor above me were walking around constantly until after 11pm.  I finally got up at 1:30am and left to finish my drive home.  I will not stay here again.

Not a very attractive place, pretty sad looking inside and out.  Everything worked ok in our room, wifi was fast, but unit was kind of decrepit.  It was a great price and  very convenient to downtown Memphis. If you're expecting fine quality though, don't stay here.

Old & tired, but cheap

Bathroom sink was horrible. Room seemed clean. Half of the room used to be the outside of hotel, wall with old windows still installed. Weird tile ramp from “living room” down to bedroom, tripped on it twice. Desk outlets could not be plugged in. Have stayed in better rooms for less.

Property was pretty much a ran down and filthy, had n order smell and roaches unfortunately crawling around. I didn’t stay no longer than an 1 or so after check out because of it, stay helpful and understanding for the most part.

I am telling you, for your safety and health DO NOT STAY HERE. I was traveling from PA to TX with family and we need to stop for the night. I wish I would have read the reviews prior, but I was exhausted the price was low - which I ended up paying 85.00 at the office. The water didn't work, the toilet did not flush, no fire alarm, and MOLD in microwave couch and chairs. I put them outside. Even stepped on a few cockroaches in our free time. Mushrooms in wall and what do I find in the toilet paper roll holder? If you guessed toilet paper....NOPE used bars of soap. That's where they are stored apparently. I asked that night for a refund they said I would have to wait til morning. I waited until morning and was yelled and screamed at. No refund. So the best I can do is try to warn people from our experience. This place needs inspected. This place is an honest to God health hazard. I tried adding my photos but it won't let me.

Can't sleep tight because the bugs might bite.

Condemn, demolish and build new or remodel the building.

ROACHES WERE EVERYWHERE!!   TOILET IS FALLING APART.   TV DOESNT WORK STAFF IS RUDE & COULD CARE LESS!!!!  NO EXTRA TOWELS, ICE MACHINE WAS SCARY!!! NO GARBAGE CANS IN THE ROOM!  LOTS OF RIFF RAFF LOITERING ABOUT. NOT A VERY QUIET ROOM.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

THIS PLACE IS A REAL DUMP!!!!

The room I was given was not cleaned!!!  People were loitering around the facility.  I was given my payment back.  I thought that was nice.
