Visited in October when usual accommodation in the area was full… this will be my “usual” accommodation going forward.
Greeted in a timely manner. Good on site security for parking. Not far off the M42 / M6 so ideal for road network.
So peaceful. Everything was spotless and the rooms to a very high standard.

Great Quality and Seevice

What an amazing weekend stay. We came here to celebrate my sisters birthday and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We threw a dinner party and Blackgreaves was just perfect for it. The decor throughout is just so beautifully done by the lovely Deb- who was amazing and really made sure we were well looked after. Location is perfect- we even headed into the centre of Birmingham the next day for a lovely spot of lunch which was super close. Cannot recommend Blackgreaves enough- what a lovely little gem ! Will deffo be back!

Fantastic weekend away!

Stayed here for a birthday celebration and it couldn’t have been more perfect, such a social space with an open kitchen - really fab for hosting but still keeping the group together, The rooms were fantastic, a home away from home (albeit a lot bigger!) really convenient being so close to other activities too, we went for a shoot in the morning and I am already planning my next trip back. Deb who runs it all is THE most accommodating host and I can’t say it enough just how special it was to have found the perfect place to spend time with family and friends. We did a dinner party and the setup was excellent! Thank you again xxx

Birthday house of dreams !

We stayed at Blackgreaves Farmhouse for a friend's birthday and had the most incredible stay, exceeding all expectations! The house is stunning from the moment you arrive, and it is just as impressive inside as it is out.
Facilities were perfect for our large group; pool table, chess, hot tub and darts board to name a few!
The kitchen/diner was huge, it was extremely well equipped with everything we needed to cook a three-course meal for such a large group. The space worked perfectly with the people cooking being able to socialise with those at the dining table (biggest dining table I've ever seen!) and the AGA was perfect.
Debbie was an amazing host, and we can't wait to hopefully stay again soon!

Amazing stay at Blackgreaves! 

We came and stayed here for an evening with some friends, for one of their birthdays and it was perfect! It’s in a great location and the house itself is unbelievable and spacious! I would definitely recommend!

The perfect place!!

The most beautiful house. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. 

We stayed to celebrate a friends birthday. The open plan kitchen & dining room is perfect for events such as this. It allowed a group of 19 to socialise wonderfully and cook easily with a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful AGA. The table was presented so beautifully by Debbie. We are so grateful for how welcoming and accommodating she was, thank you so much. 

The room was superb, well furnished with every amenity you could wish for. Very clean with high quality furnishing. The bathroom was a good size with a great shower, bath & soft towels. A fantastic nights sleep in a very comfortable bed, with crisp clean sheets and plenty of soft feather pillows. The house is pristine, it is kept so beautifully and has such a homely feel to it. 

We enjoyed the games room whilst we were there, which includes a pool table, dart & chess board. We also had the option to enjoy the outdoor hot tub. 

It is rare to stay somewhere that you don’t want to leave. We all can’t wait to return and hope to celebrate many more events here.

Birthday party stay

Have previously stayed at Blackgreaves Farmhouse for leisure and recreation this time for business. It matters not what your purpose for visit is as it is in a stunning location beautifully presented with all your reasonable needs met

The grounds are extensive, rooms large and beautifully presented, breakfast a delicious feast.

My previous visits were pre pandemic so a little different this time in that all the safety measures that were needed to be put into place had been so and exceeded

The best recommendation accommodation like this can receive is for customers to return

 Forth time without hesitation to return if your looking for a place to stay in this area then stop looking you’ve found the perfect place

Officially by the rating inside the door a 9.5, greater than a 10 for us

Technology Weekend

After a long couple of days at a theme park, we drove in later than planned to Blackgreaves Farmhouse.  Debbie, who had been in touch before our arrival, greeted us and showed us around with no mention of how late we were.  She was so welcoming and friendly, we felt right at home.  Debbie then directed me to the Tesla chargers so I could charge my car overnight, a huge benefit for us! 

The interconnecting rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and the en suite bathroom, though small had everything we needed and was also immaculate.  There were lots of little touches that didn't go unnoticed, the toiletries included conditioner, which so few places do, and contributed to me having a divine and much needed shower.  The hot chocolate sachets in the room were perfect to enjoy a hot drink before bed as I unpacked and the children watched CBBC in their bedroom.  The beds were comfy and warm and all of us slept soundly.

In the morning we'd opted for the diy breakfast and had been left everything we could need.  Caffetiere coffee, croissants, pain au chocolats, multiple cereals, bread and more were at our disposal in the beautiful, big and once again very clean kitchen.  We left very happy, on full stomachs, wishing we'd booked more than one night!

Fantastic for an overnight stay or longer

Just had a lovely 2night stay at Blackgreaves farmhouse.the building inside & out is lovely .we had a king room spotlessly clean. Debbie cooked a lovely breakfast for us
And we were made very welcome
My husband did some air gun shooting on the site opposite also the food there is lovely which is cooked by Kevin and Debbie.  Kevin cooks some really lovely food.
All in all a really lovely stay. Thankyou to every one who made our stay lovely

Great stay

Absolutely fabulous,  great place, peaceful and amazingly clean. Really lovely, homely feel.  Debbie,  who greets you and checks you in,  so friendly and welcoming.  Room amazing, very clean and 5 star little touches.  Will be booking for next time in the area.
