Friends stayed here visiting us and absolutely loved it,the hotel is cleaned to a great standard and the team couldn't help enough , no matter what time it was they all greeted us with a smile and hello ! Even the night staff are bubbly and chatty thanks erin and luke..The biccies  in the room were appreciated ,they can't wait to return!

Welcoming and clean

I've stayed here for a while now as I'm working not far from this hotel,the staff are very polite and friendly and always go out of there way to make sure my stay is relaxing, special thanks to Sarah B and a couple of other who always keep an eye out for my name appearing on the booking screen to put me in the rooms I like (I'm a light sleeper) would definitely recommend 👍🏻.

Had a really lovely experience lovely staff clean tidy room.very comfy bed  very help full and plesent would recommend to friends and family .enjoyed my time Thier plenty to do thats close to the hotel .

I work quite a lot up in the North East on the various Petrochemical and oil and gas sites in the area, as such i often stay overnight due to business requirements, the hotel i normally stay at was fully booked so gave this one a go

The food in the restaurant was nice, room was as expected for a premier inn chain hotel, also want to give paige who was working Front of House a mention, due to my physical limitations, i struggle making hot drinks using traditional kettles so i requested that she assisted me, she complied straight away, her customer service was excellent and she makes a decent cup of coffee

I would like to request if any management of the hotel read this review, that paige gets some sort of recognition for the stellar job she does.

I will definitely be returning as when required with work

Good nights stay

Had a great time here. The walks around the barage and river tees is very scenic.  I would just like to say dave,erin and Sarah were very helpful and polite . The room was clean and tidy and the reception restocked my tea straight away.  Thanks to everyone for making it an enjoyable stay. Will be back

Hotel was excellent, staff very helpful and friendly, the food in pub was great value and excellent quality, breakfast was stand out, bar staff and table service were also great, would recommend staying here, will be back on next visit from Australia.

Excellent team

As always ALL the staff team here were spot on. Professional a d customer service orientated, nothing was too much trouble. 

The room was very clean. Sufficient blue badge parking (but no lift access to rooms)

Always choose to stay here when visiting area for all of the above readons.

Consistently high level of service

We received a warm welcome and the staff were very attentive throughout the stay and I would recommend the hotel just for them. 
The location is great close to Stockton and Middlesbrough and big retail park next door. 
 We’ve stayed here before and will stay again.

A warm welcome

The room itself was comfortable & the staff were friendly, my only small issue was that the shower pulsed through a pressure issue which was annoying, & the premier WiFi was down. Food in the beef eater next door was good as I had both breakfast and evening meal in there 

Premier inn Stockton

A clean and comfortable hotel just a short distance from amenities. A few areas looking alittle tired.  Staff were very friendly  but reception area tiny so it was a good job it wasn't raining at check in. Would definitely book to stay here again.
