What was good

Well situated for Terminal 5. Although the hotel is under the flight paths there was absolutely no disturbance of noise inside the rooms and hotel itself. Excellent room with comfortable kingsize bed and all usual facilities. Only slight drawback, I was not able to see the flight arrivals screen on TV. This was probably my lack of tech skill. All clean and tidy. Very friendly and helpful staff.

What was bad

Only 2 out of the 3 lifts were working. Slight waiting time for use.
