Stayed for a week, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Florida guest house. The Breakfast was outstanding and the hosts Tim and Pauline were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend the Florida guest house for anyone thinking of visiting the area, and should we return to the area we would have no hesitation in staying here. Wonderful !!!

The breakfast  was lush the hosts very helpful n friendly rooms clean throughout  good WiFi signal even if it did bounce a bit slept like a baby would come here again just wish there was a better bus service as it quite a walk into town if ur disabled but we got a good taxi driver who can be there in minutes 

Great hosts

We just spent 5 nights here and enjoyed every second. Close to the beach and loads to do. Our room was small but spotlessly clean with a fridge which was a bonus ! And we literaly just slept there anyway so size was no problem. Tim and Pauline were fantastic hosts and can't do enough to help in any way they can. Breakfast was huge, well cooked great quality and they go out of the way to please everyone. We will absolutely return and reccomend to all our friends.

A lovely little guest house. Clean and all amenities are spot on. Comfortable beds, rooms cleaned every single day. Breakfast was freshly cooked and good quality ingredients. We had a very fussy eater and they went out of their way to accommodate.  In a quiet street less than 5 mins from a lovely clean beach. Tim and Pauline are the perfect hosts. I will be going again. Loved every minute of our week there. 

Excellent holiday

The friendliest hosts I've ever met, the Florida guest house is the perfect location for anyone wanting a break away in Paignton. The rooms are spotless and comfortable and the food is of exceptional quality and delicious. The location is perfect only a couple of hundred yards from the beach. The pub on the same road is a bonus too!
All in all I had the most amazing stay and will definitely be returning.

A perfect trip.

We booked at last minute  direct with owners  ,we had a lovely weekend the room was spotless and warm with a fridge tea coffe kettle on hand we stayed in room 9 the only dog friendly room which had a side door which was perfect for our spaniel dog ,great breakfast  the beach was only a 5minute walk away our dog loved her morning swim 
And a sausage cooked by Tim the owner made her day it’s only a 10 minute flat walk to town centre we are rugby fans and ended visiting paignton rugby club a very friendly place we where made to feel at home from the minute we arrived Thankyou for a great weekend

Weekend break

we have just returned after a wonderful stay  at the Florida ,the whole place was spotless and we were so well looked after by our hosts nothing was to much trouble ,would highly recommend for a stay our room was quite small but all we wanted was at hand  and yes the breakfast was excellent thank you for a wonderful carefree stay

Stayed for a week with my daughter. We had twin room own shower loo.

Absolutely perfect sea side B&B. Clean, bright rooms. Close to the beach and all seaside amenities. Friendly staff, and a delicious freshly cooked English breakfast! Couldn't fault it. Also a Lovely pub at the end of the road that provided some cracking entertainment.

Landlord and landlady best by far nothing too much for them . perfect breakfast everyday even cooked our small dogs sausage or bacon not too much for them.home from home we was like family ,loved them to bits just like family xx we all loved Geoff who was part of the furniture . Definitely going back there.
