Just returned from a lovely break in Llandudno staying at Mulberry House.
Dave and Jackie made us really welcome and it was like home from home from the start, our room was very clean and well decorated as is the whole house,it is very well situated and close to all amenities.
Breakfast was very good served in an airy room with Dave and Jackie looking after all your needs, a lovely friendly atmosphere. 
We will definitely return and recommend to all.

Lovely Holiday at the Mulberry.

well what can i say. this is one of our favourite places to visit. Third time staying for 4 nights and as always, very welcoming, spotless clean,10 mins walk to shops or pier. Promenade close by. Tram to Great Orme 10 to 15 mins walk away. Plenty buses to travel further about if not driving plus plenty to do in Llandudno. the Alice in Wonderland trail is good to do, maps can be bought at the information centre in the little shopping arcade. 
Jackie and Dave are very helpful and knowledgeable
 about the area. 
As always breakfasts are great and can recommend the porridge for any diabetic diets to start the day. (the porridge lady). The rooms are all lovely hence why we keep returning. The  hospitality from Jackie and Dave is first class , home from home for us as we just love it there. 
Obviously the parking on the roads a bit busy but as we travel by train there it doesn't affect us. 
Rhos on Sea is the next bay round and a lovely quiet scenic bay to visit with a small array of shops. 
I have no negatives at all for the mulberry guest house. 
Keep up the good work Jackie and Dave . So glad we found you on booking .com just after lockdown. 
If you are looking for peace and quiet, brilliant hospitality in a friendly welcoming
 atmosphere then this is the place. so quaint being a Victorian building which the present owners have really bought back to life.

Quaint Victorian beautiful guest house

Another brilliant stay at Mulberry. This was our 5th visit and wont be our last, we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Llandudno. Fantastic hosts in Dave and Jackie,  Dave cooks a great breakfast, Rooms are brilliant I think there is only the (twin and family room we haven't spent time in as of yet) beds very comfortable with all the amenities you will need. While parking is always hit and miss (95% of the hotels in Llandudno will only offer on street parking) we have never had a problem finding a space close to the guest house. The location of the guest house is superb a 5 minute walk from the Peir, Tram etc. Cannot fault....

Another Fantastic Stay, With Great Hosts & Friends

If you are looking for someone to stay in Llandudno then look no more … this is the one to book ! Amazing hosts Dave and Jackie go above and beyond ! Stunning boutique interior ! Close to the town and some fabulous restaurants ! Comfy beds! Delicious breakfast ! No issues with finding a parking space on the nearby roads ! Home from home ! If I could give it 6 stars I would ! Thanks for an amazing stay and we will see you again soon !

Out of this world !! Amazing !

Dave and Jackie are perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble. Decor is tasteful, breakfast was very good with quality ingredients. We booked for 1 night but extended for another and were lucky enough to get a room. Lots of well thought out add ons such as shower caps, make up removal pads, communal fridge, glasses and crockery. Will not look anywhere else when we return to Llandudno. 

Attention to detail 

Booked a 1 night stay on arrival Dave and Jackie made us feel very welcome showing us the outstanding decor which is in keeping with the period of the property. Our room couldn't fault it, bed very comfortable the room was lovely. Location of hotel very central in llandudno Town, would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Stunning 

Fantastic stay at Mulberry Dave and Jackie were superb from initial enquiry through booking, check in breakfast and departure.  Room comfy and spotless.  Breakfast was best  we've had in a B&B cooked to perfection.  We will definatly be back thank you Mick and Rach 

Perfect

Excellent hosting by Jackie and dave, thank you so much the place is spotless,The 3 of us had a great stay,you went above and beyond to make our time lovely evan leaving decaf tea bags in my  room . Breakfast was really good and the breakfast room is so friendly in a morning. I will definitely be back I cant recommend your place enough, thanks to both of you x

The concert 

We had a great stay at Mulberry House.Dave and Jackie were exceptional hosts. They went over and above to make our stay perfect.Room lovely and clean.Some nice memorabilia scattered  around.
Breakfast first class.

Impressive

The room was well appointed and a little bit query with some period style decor.  Reception was good with a full introduction to the room and its features and the other offerings in the place.  Breakfast was available as an extra but was not used.  Water was hot. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Really a very nice place to stay.  Staff were both very helpful.
