So much noise. Didn’t sleep all night. Beds were so uncomfortable. Paid over £100 for 1 night I thought I’d get some sleep. Staff weren’t bothered. Room felt like a prison

Awful

Free car park on site, plenty of spaces. 
The staff on reception and in the restaurant were very polite and welcoming.
Room clean and spacious.       
I always have a great night sleep when I stay at a premier inn. The beds are so comfortable. 

No complaints

Always try to book this Premier Inn when travelling between visiting friends in Yorkshire from Portsmouth as it is really well placed, with a great team and until recently had a brilliant Beefeater. The Beefeater has now changed to a in house restaurant run by the hotel team, so knew it would be up to the usual high standard of this hotel, just a pity it has lost its orange cow! 
The hotel and room were spotlessly clean and the hotel reception team were efficient, friendly and helpful as always.
Didn't use the restaurant in the evening as found the Millers Barn Beefeater at Nottingham was still open, and as prefer to eat in a branded whitbread restaurant in the eveningif we can, ate there on the journey down from York, but had breakfast in the former Observatory restaurant which was up to the usual standard, so well done to Tabby and Emma for looking after us so well. Thank you also to Sharon on reception in the morning and the reception team member on Tuesday 20th August when we arrived for looking after us.
Thank you for a great stay, and will be back on our next trip to Yorkshire.

Great stay even without the Beefeater.

Quiet location and nice and clean hotel. Comfy beds and pillows, rooms clean. helpful staff in reception and restaurant as well. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from. Came with my family for a few days and will come back again for sure. Close to both motorways.

Amazing hotel

Scorching heat no air con, unsafe for toddler with poop on the toilet seat. It was clear room hadn’t been cleaned. There were tags scattered around. I checked out after a few hours. Contacted premiere in for a refund it’s been two weeks and haven’t heard back. Would never stay at a premiere again and would never reccomend. I thoguht it was an ok hotel before I stayed, now I think it is worst hotel chain I’ve ever come across 


Absolutely terrible stay

Water pressure was very low in the basin just trickled out be prepared for a wait to wash your face. I feel the breakfast is expensive £10 for what it was also, reception messed up on our Sunday booking so we had to get our money back for Sunday. Also if you go across the road to the restaurant you will find the breakfast a lot cheaper and it was a nice one too. Hungry Horse i think it was called. Also the bus route is confusing to begin with not the best, after 7pm they become very sparse. Also in the room just one chair to sit on you had beds for 3 people but only one chair do what i did take your fisherman chair you will need it.

My stay at hotel

We had a great time staying at the premier Inn braunstone while we were over for a wedding,  the staff were all nice and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and the rooms were a good size, clean and tidy. The bed was really comfortable and we all had a great time. The staff helped allocate us the same rooms when we decided to stay an extra night and gave us new towels for our extended stay. 

Great hotel

The staff are warm friendly and welcoming with great attention to detail remembering faces and names. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I have only had one complaint that was dealt with efficiently.

Pleasant pastures.

Good family room although some road noise. Excellent value food in Beefeater next door, good value  food and excellent choice of drinks. Excellent value buffet breakfast, friendly staff. This time the room was spacious although some rooms are smaller.

Excellent Value Family Stay

Highly recommend this hotel, from cheerful reception staff to a fantastic night’s sleep, couldn’t help enough even making sure that we’d get a table for breakfast the next morning. Clean and tidy everything you can expect from a premier inn
