Staff are so nice here. I got stuck in the snow storm and even though the chef had rung in, and in the restaurant and they were short staffed, Evie in the restaurant was brilliant and really looked after me with whatever food and drink she could whilst doing what looked like 3 peoples jobs at 100mph. Ozzy on reception was really helpful whilst trying to coordinate people rebooking rooms too and helped me with my phone. Absolutely brilliant customer service from them both. Hope this triggers some kind of recognition for them like a lot of companies do for "Wow" reviews.

Nice breakfast and coffee but amazing staff.

Excellent location for our purpose (helping a relative move house). Hotel very welcoming and flexible when one of us had to arrive a day later because of a family emergency at home. Great location for our purpose which was in Yeadon village but many travellers were using it for Proximity to Leed/Bradford Airport. Because of our family emergency Receptionist Andrew went "above and beyond" and arranged parking for our short stay (normally a pay system).

Excellent location for our purpose of Yeadon village, and for any traveller wanting proximity to Leed/Bradford Airport.

Good stay for early flight at airport.
Clean room, friendly staff.
There is a phone in reception direct to the taxi company but if you are travelling at a busy time, arrange before staying at the hotel.

Lovely welcome at reception by Andy pandy, nice to have a happy smiling face to check you you on Boxing Day with a sense of humour, the only downside with our stay was the horrendous noise from the room upstairs at  which woke us all up at 3am and went on for atleast 2 hours running back and forth across the room

Lovely friendly welcome on arrival, really clean room and convenient location. Only criticism is I would of liked a small mirror on desk for sitting doing hair and make up, also had to pay for parking but overall we had a great stay.

Great Stay!

Fantastic little hotel! Really nice staff, check-in was quick and we got all the details we needed, the room was lovely and clean and had a good heater for the cold night. We were down the corridor so didn't hear any noise. Overall a nice one night stay as were seeing family nearby.

Convenient, Clean and Friendly

Me, my husband & two children (age 11 & 14) stayed here overnight when visiting family and had an enjoyable stay. Beds comfy and plenty of room for all 4 of us. Andy on reception was very helpful and friendly. Defiantly stay here again.

great night sleep 

Stayed here on the Friday night before our 6am flight to Tenerife. Hotel is ideal as we left our car in a airport car park 2 mins drive away from the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Went into Yeadon ( 5mins walk) for drinks. Only small gripe is there isn’t a lift in the accomodation but wasnt a problem for us but might be if you are older or have a disability 

Great overnight stay before our holiday

It's nice to turn up to a hotel and have friendly welcoming staff. Andy was particularly helpful. Arriving & staying was swift, easy, efficient and timely. Will definitely stay again. Room was ready and nicely warm, spotlessly clean and handy fir the car park.

Friendly Service

Bed were very comfortable nice clean room really quiet we stayed over the night before out flight there was a party of 8 which ment there we 4 separate rooms we hadn't booked the 4 rooms but we managed to get another room everything was handled well
