Staff very helpful and polite. Comfy pillows and bed. Blackout curtains a bonus. Took an end upstairs room, was lovely and quiet. Loved having a hot bath. Extra pillows available. Room was nice and warm.

I had a decent night here and the food in the restaurant ok so no issues.Room clean staff nice and plenty of tea and coffee. 
Wifi not great but same with every Premier inn unless you buy the upgrade which I do not have to when i stay in some of the othoer hotels.

Good sleep and ok food

The man at the door had checked in somebody else into our room. When we got there our room had gone and the room he out us in was a double! He did make up the sofa bad, but the room was generally made up poorly. No cushions on the bed, no finishing touches. The room was an adjoining room with another- which had lots of kids in which were so noisy. We could hear whoever was on reception watching tv on their phone and an alarm. It was absolutely freezing in there. Very old fashioned and run down. Mattress on double felt like it had seen better days. Hotel smelt of an old people’s home.

The receptionist lubo was outstanding with his hospitality, the hotel was adequately clean, could be a little warmer but was still very comfy, going back to lubo he was very hands on and helped arrange food for my self at a very unreasonable time, he literally is the definition of above and beyond

Lubo deserves a pay rise

A nice friendly clean hotel and very quick to sort out our problem when we checked in when we required a ground floor room as our son is disabled and we had booked a family room as they are generally ground floor, we were quicly allocated an accessible room with a rollaway bed. 

Greet friendly hotel

The staff are so friendly and so helpful, Mel is  there if you need to know anything and Lubo is there every morning with a smile to welcome you at the reception as you leave even at 5.30 am lol the rooms are always clean and warm and the showers are so nice , highly recommend

Work visit

Beds comfy and all staff are friendly. Lubo greets you every morning with a smile.Rooms are always clean with tea and coffee. Showers are brilliant and always hot . The only downside is the lack of tv channels .

Premier inn Ipswich south

Nice hotel to stay with family. Manager Mel, Lubo + team HHK are helpful with extra duvet and towels. We also eat from the hotel restaurant.  The breakfast deal was good and a lot to choose from.  Good parking space and location. Will recommend 

Fantastic stay and helpful staff

Great staff - including Mel - manager and Team HHK - lovely guy Lubo, very helpful and a great help sorting me a ground floor room due to my back being sore and staff could not do enough for you. I was staying here due to working near by and would recommend this Hotel to everyone.

Fabulous stay in a very clean, comfortable hotel with great staff- Beverly Wilson

We booked an overnight stay here as we had tickets for a local show. Can’t rate it enough, incredibly clean, comfy beds and good sized rooms. Breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. Service was 10/10, Especially from Manager Mel. Will definitely come again when we return to Suffolk.
