Terrible, hugely disappointed, bed was low small and uncomfortable. Couldn't face having a bath as it had hairs in it. Television was in the corner of the room. Thankful it was only one night I'd booked for. I've usually had a good experience at Premier Inn, but this certainly wasn't, will rethink before returning.

Massive Disappointment

Stayed here whilev visiting family, room was very comfortable and clean we had a twin room with my daughter, we arrived and got early check-in as requested for £10 extra  
We only had breakfast in the morning, kids eat free with paying adult, which was great. Lots of choice, only thing as ever with buffet style breakfasts I would have preferred it hotter but it was still OK. 
Location was perfect for us and I would definitely stay again. Great price. 

Great stay

Millburn road premier is the best one in inverness the pillows are amazing and the beds amazing, the bath and shower are very clean and the rooms are all ways tidy and the staff Cristina , Emma go the extra mile to make sure you are having a very good meal and drink with your freinds and family we will be back soon as we can look farward to coming back from alice and shirley

This is the second time we have stayed here. 
It has a large car park which does get very busy but always sees to have a few spaces left. The main reception area is quite spacious and clean.  We weren't aware that for an extra £10 you could check in earlier and when we asked if we could because it was only 1pm we were told no because the room wasn't ready so book that in advance, check in usually 3pm.
Our room was the main block but there was no lift. The room itself was quite dingy. The window was looking out onto an embankment and there was a path directly outside but no voile up at the window so anyone walking past could have a good look in if they chose to!
The bathroom was in need of a bit of tlc, black mould on the ceiling and on one of  the bath handles nearest the wall, the cleaner obviously didn't clean the back of it. 
The radiator clanked as it was heating up and cooling down, not very good in the middle of the night but low temperature meant it needed to be on. I
The room just needed a freshen up and a bit more care and attention with cleaning but the bed was comfortable enough.
At breakfast there was a good selection of both hot and cold food with a choice of poached or scrambled eggs if you didnt want fried eggs you just had to tell the staff. Definitely good value for money as you could have as much as you wanted.
The staff were helpful and friendly, nothing was a bother to them.
We would stay again but would go for a Premier plus room which also has a mini fridge.

Would recommend

I always like to stay in Premier Inns as just love the beds and the breakfast is also good value for money the only suggestion I would have is a bit more Scottish food on the breakfast menu eg Haggis, potato scones and square sausage

Great Beds and Service

Lovely welcome, cleanliness was impeccable and breakfast was fresh and lovely, well worth the money we paid. Definitely reccomend this hotel for anyone who’s staying in Inverness for any reason that may be was lovely stay 

Marathon weekend

The location was good for nipping out for food and stuff and the hotel was a close drive to everything we wanted to do. Staff were nice.Breakfast was good. The rooms were quite basic.

Main problem was just noise. Our floorboards creaked really loudly and it put me off walking about the room. Could hear other people walking about above us. We tried to watch a movie in the evening and had the tv on quite low volume to be respectful to the neighbours. We could hardly hear it ourselves. Despite that the people next to us chapped asking us to turn it down. Noise must just travel very easily. Our son was therefore bored in the evenings. 

Its fine but thin walls

We visited Inverness on a group booking and turned up with 35 persons in tow to get allocated to our rooms  The patience shown by the staff at this hotel was first class and they really couldn't do enough to ensure we had a good time over the 3 days we where there. So special thanks to Paige, Yolanda, Magda and Ana Maria for helping to make our weekend special. 

Inverness Weekender 1st - 3rd September 23

there was lots of smell in the room, we did report to receptionsit who just sprayed air freshner in our room !, did not offer to change the room, we had 3 rooms all together for my family memebrs. Looking for refund for one room, consider my review as a complaint and contact me please.

Stayed here for a few days, made to feel very welcome .The staff couldn't do enough to ensure i had the best stay, nothing was too much trouble for anyone, Vicky who checked me in was amazing and very professional despite a long queue at check in, Paige, Christina, and Yolanda who served great food in the evenings ,were very attentive and friendly as was  Magda who set us up for the day with great service during breakfast.
