This Victorian house is really amazing. Located in an excellent spot to visit Inverness and enjoy the city (if you have a car, as we did —we rented one to drive across the Highlands—, you'll find off street parking).  It's really big (I travelled with several friends and each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom), cozy, VERY clean and the bed is one of the most comfortables I've ever used! Garry, the owner, was really hepful and friendly and helped us decide what sights to see during our Easter holiday. Btw, I wish I had a kitchen like this one in my own home!

Fantastic!

We had a great time at Ardgarry from 1 - 5 Sept '22. We were working at a festival at Northern Meeting park. The place is big so lots of space, well equipped & Garry was so helpful both before and during our stay. Thanks so much!

incredibly well looked after

Booked our stay for 2 overnights whilst working at the theatre. Garry was a great host and left us to our own devices but was still only a message away to answer any questions. Comfy rooms, big kitchen and a nice living room for us all to relax in. Would definitely stay again.

Work trip made easy

This is a large self catering property that is amazingly well equipped. It’s exceptionally clean, comfortable, warm and Garry is an extremely attentive owner who is really keen to ensure that everything is okay for you. 
It has been a guest house, now turned over to a self catering unit that houses a large party of people or large family and it was the perfect house for a team of us while we worked in Inverness. 
The property is very central, near a small supermarket and has off street parking for 2 vehicles. 

Amazing Host 

Our group of 5 adults stayed at Ardgarry from June 17th to 21st and it was a perfect place for us. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The shared areas were a good size as well and the outdoor space in the city was great to have. The decor is definitely "grandma" style but very true to the pictures so we knew what to expect. It was such a great location as well. Very short walking distance to all the city has to offer. If you like a very firm bed this place is for you, most of us slept quite well but, one was not a fan of the hard beds. Communication with the owner Garry was easy and helpful, he suggested a few favourite local places and even took the time to wish me a Happy Birthday! I would recommend Ardgarry for sure.

Large home in a fantastic location

I stayed here for 5 nights at the end of October. The owner Laura is a lovely woman and could not have been more helpful. My single room was clean and comfortable and I slept well every night. No en suite but i didnt find it a problem. Breakfast was great ..... I had the full fry up the first morning but went continental thereafter (the locally baked croissants were excellent!). 
Ardgarry also ticked my 2 essential boxes ..... Parking and WiFi.
 I rarely stay in B&Bs but if I need one in Inverness again this will be my first choice.

A great B&B

Inverness is a small city and many of the B&Bs are located on the 'other side' of the river Ness.  Therefore this B&B is very well located and you can walk to pretty much everything that you'd want to see in Inverness from this location. Gary is a great host and the rooms are compact but beautifully set up, spotlessly clean and the whole property is very well maintained. Breakfast was excellent and the whole place was a great experience. I'd stay here again when I go to next to Inverness.

Excellent B&B. Great value.

Stayed her for two night on a weekend of a celebration as a friend completed his final Munro.
Easily found via the straight road from central Inverness to the pedestrian bridge over the River Ness.
Landlady very friendly and also came to the rescue when I locked myself out my room by mistake and she sorted me out on a mobile call.
Room not huge, but adequate and well worth the inexpensive tariff. Shared facilities which were good and no issues. Though would be nice to have a little hand-basin.
Breakfast was huge...the porridge alone was a killer never mind the Scottish fry up to follow. Still, it set me up perfectly for the hike up Ben Wyvis. 
I would certainly visit again.
