I apologize for the late post. Cannot say enough about this hotel. The location was great! Right beside the train station, on Princess Street, walking distance to many attractions including the Edinburgh Castle. Staff was great, Concierge, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Turn Down Service, Restaurant Staff. Courteous, professional, helpful. We only ate breakfast there but was very good with selections, fresh, cooked perfect. A special shout out to Shubham who took the time to help with us with some coffee and packed some breakfast items for us one morning as the restaurant was not quite open and we were leaving for a tour. My only regret was that we were there for only 3 days. I hope to make it back to your wonderful city and hotel.
