This is our second visit to the Arlana. We trade at Armed Forces Weekend in Cleethorpes and the location if the Arlana is perfect.
Tony and Helen the hosts are lovely and very accomodating.
Check in is 2pm but if you arrive early they will store your luggage for you.
We stayed in room 7 and it was beautiful. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and all the amenities we needed.
Breakfast is cooked by Tony, full english with a choice of cereals and fruit.

Fantastic b&b nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are big and very comfortable. Tony and Helen are fantastic we will definitely be back. Great location close to beach pubs and restaurants once again thank you for an amazing stay

Weekend   Break

We booked the Arlana Guest House last minute as our original B&B cancelled, well how glad we were as The Arlana was superb! 
Absolutely great communication on the run up to the booking as obviously we were worried due to the previous cancellation. We were staying on business as we were trading at The Armed Forces Weekend. 
We were able to drop our case off early and they kindly put it in our room ready for our arrival later that evening.
The room was immaculate we were in the attic so only a small room but more than adequate for our needs. 
Lovely extra touches of biscuits and plenty of tea  coffee, milk and hot chocolate.
The bathroom was super clean with beautiful white towels and shower mat with the added extras of shower gel  shampoo and hand wash. 
Helen & Tony were superb hosts and Tony served a great breakfast. 
Great location 5 mins from the beach and Pier Gardens.
Highly recommend 👌 

Superb Stay!

This was our second stay at the Arlana Guest House. There is only a few words to sum up this place, excellent, wonderful, fantastic and superb. Helen and Tony were fantastic hosts as usual, they made us feel at home. Room was lovely clean and well appointed. The bed linen, towels are the whitest and cleanest ever. The breakfast cooked by Tony is lovely, nothing is too much. The guest house is within a stone’s throw from the beach amenities and town centre. If you are after quality, fab hosts and a lovely place to stay, you will not be disappointed staying at Arlana Guest House. Loved our chats with Helen and Tony, you were brill. Fabulous Guest House and Excellent Hosts

Tony and Helen were fantastic hosts, they both made us feel very welcome and could not do enough for us. We were taken to our lovely room, which was spacious, very clean and had so many extra touches. Towels and bedding were soft and brilliantly white. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful with a good range of choices. The guest house was well appointed and exceptionally clean throughout. Located close to the seafront and amenities, which was a bonus. We were so please with our experience at Arlana Guest house we are definitely going to return later on in October. We would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in Cleethorpes. Many thanks Tony and Helen for making us feel so welcome.

Amazing Guest House

Very friendly, couldn’t do enough to help, rooms are lovely clean and very spacious and breakfast is served with a smile always lots of choice and helpful in every way, close to beach nice walks and would definitely stay again

2 night break

Cannot find fault with this B and B at all. Superb and friendly hosts. Room was both luxurious and spotlessly clean. The whole property was immaculately presented. We only had 2 nights there but will certainly be back.
Having spent all my life in the Hospitality Sector this place is a Must Stay if ever you are in the area.

Best by a Country Mile

We have just spent four night at Arlana Guest house in Cleethorpes, what a gem ! 
We enjoyed our stay, the house is beautifully kept and the breakfasts were absolutely gorgeous. The owners were lovely, welcome suggestions as to the best places to go,  nothing was too much trouble.  
Situated in a very central location to be able to walk all over town. 
I would recommend to anyone, you won't be disappointed.

A little gem.

Just got back from Cleethorpes after a lovely 2 night stay at the Arlana guest house. We had a great time and the owners who are really friendly looked after us well and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was superb and  cooked to perfection. Accommodation was contempary and very clean and comfortable. Its in a very good location and is just a short walk to the town centre and railway station. We will certainly return and would have no problem in recommending the Arlana to any of our friends and family. . Also a thing to mention is the free parking on the front of the premises as it is sometimes difficult to find a spot in Cleethorpes.  Thanks from Dave & Diane
