Had to book a place to stay while my partner was in hospital, Manor Park is very close to the hospital which came in very handy.

Stayed while Glasgow was in lockdown so I was lucky to have a place to stay which I was grearful for.

The B&B is lovely outside and in, rooms a good size, good WiFi signal, very close to everything and staff (unsure if it was the owner) was very kind, helpful and did the most she could for us.

I would of loved the breakfast part of the stay but understand that wasn't possibly due to covid, means I will need to come back sometime to experience the full stay!

Happy with my stay and thank you again! 

Highly Recommended 

We had a very pleasant short stay at this Guest House.  The room was big and clean (and warm!). The breakfast was fine and our host was more than helpful.  Plenty of free parking outside on the road (which for Glasgow is unusual!). Just 20 minutes walk to the Underground/Subway (and then a 12 minute ride into the city) and a number of restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. We would happily recommend this Guest House and if we went back to Glasgow we will be trying to stay there.

4th time we have stayed in this b&b for our annual visit for the show, very lovely welcoming hosts and breakfast is amazing, I have not managed to eat another thing all day!! Lovely rooms all warm and cosy and very accommodating hosts. Yet again thanks for looking after the sausages and we will you next year!!! Hope you enjoyed your night away with your friends Fiona!! Visit to SECC BBC Good food show

Not far from the Glasgow city center, Manor Park Guest House was comfortable enough for our 3-day stay. What was delightful was the ambiance this quiet place exuded with furniture & fixtures with taste.  They keep the place in excellent condition: our 3rd floor room was quiet and the shower had rubber mats (overlooked even in expensive hotels!). The owners Scott & Fiona Grier were very gracious and helpful to the four of us travellers, from the modest breakfast they were serving personally to the assist in going places to see.

Guesting in Style

We were very pleased with our accommodations at Manor Park Guest House.  Our room was very spacious and quiet, and within walking distance (30-40 minutes) to the beautiful Kelvingrove Museum as well as lovely Glasgow University. We would certainly stay here again if we return to Glasgow.

Enjoyed our stay in this lovely historic house!

Was expecting double bed, tea/coffee maker, TV, Telephone and a reasonable breakfast. Unfortunately none of these were available at first , we did eventually get a decent breakfast on the second morning after complaining, I believe it was in a transitional stage to student accommodation. Very disappointed.

Not up to advertisement

Booked for 1 night while in Glasgow for a show at SSE Hydro. (Uber only £5 which was ideal)
The welcome was friendly and there were plenty of amenities including tea, coffee and biscuits.
The beds were comfy enough with olenty of extra pillows available. Both bathrooms were of good size and the shower was excellent.
The room however was dated and unfortunately very dusty!
Being hungry after the show, we had ordered a takeaway but soon cancelled as the delivery time would have been past midnight. Unfortunately the takeaway still tried to deliver despite the order being cancelled (so not our fault). The reaction my husband received from the owner was exaggerated and very rude - Telling him to be extremely quiet (he'd barely made a noise), asking for us to stop coming in and out (we'd came in once!) and stating 'this is not a hotel!'
There were plenty of options for breakfast and the lady serving us was very attentive and polite but unfortunately the food was just as cold as our reception by the owners in the morning.
As we were getting ready to leave, we were advised the card used to book had been declined - Nobody had yet mentioned or asked when we would be paying the balance. If they had, they would have known our two separate parties were paying by different cards (the one used to book online being used only for that purpose!)
We weren't even asked how our stay was and were barely even given a goodbye. As soon as the payment was made, the man just walked away!
Extremely disappointed, would not stay again.
